Inari Ikotsu would find a note in her mailbox in the morning of Sept 3rd. It would read:
Meet me on the bench across from the pier at 2pm.

A man in his 40s sits on a bench by the street, watching traffic go by. Dark teal hair is kept short and pulled back. His gray eyes seem lost in thought. He’s thin, almost gaunt. He hardly entered this world anymore. It felt so much less real than the world he now called home. He wonders how strange it will be to finally meet his daughter without the barrier of dreams in the way.

In the meantime, on the other side of the street, a woman with long red hair braided down to her waist, squats down on a pier. She seems to watch the fish swim in the water.

Inari hadn't been sure of how to take the note, was it from her father? She wasn't sure.. She was nervous, as she stood at a corner of the street, looking at the bench. 'Is that him?hy am I so nervous of seeing him in real life?' Her mind was awash with hopes, nerves, and fears. As she came to sit on the end of the bench, waiting for him to speak. She wasn't sure what to do, how did others greet their fathers?

The man smiles. “It’s wonderful actually meeting you in person. I have to say, you look so much like your mother. Almost a spitting image of her at her age. More her, than me, really,” he says, laughing a little. Standing up, he studies her for a bit. “Hmmm… you’ve changed. It seems you’ve found your potential after all. I am very proud.” No longer did she smell of untapped latent power. His daughter had found some way to come into her own.

The woman with red hair looks across the street and smiles at the reunion. She takes a fluorescent berry out of her pocket, and drops it into the water. The water churns, bubbling a bit, causing her to step back. A jet black moss-like plant spreads out of the water and covers the pier in a matter of seconds. It grows across the street, stopping at the feet of Inari’s father. The blanket of vegetation begins to grow stalks, which end in blood red petals. As a breeze hits the petals, spores are released into the air. All people around them would find themselves lightheaded, dizzy, and drowsy before falling into a deep slumber.

“May everyone here have vivid dreams,” he says, looking around. “Well, that is our cue to leave.” He reaches down and touches the blood red petals of the plant. The petals fold inward, wither, and expose a similar fluorescent berry that was dropped into the water. He picks it up and hands it to Inari, “This is probably the sweetest fruit that you will ever taste. Try it, and we’ll be on our way.”

Inari smiled softly as she heard him speak. "I did not think you'd actually show yourself outside of my dreams father." She said and watched almost calmly. "Well at least asleep they won't be fearful." She said as she watched him pick up the glowing berry. "Are you sure about that father? Given what it came from and likely grew into." She said, a touch doubtful, but takes the berry, studying it for a few moments, but ultimately, popped it into her mouth, surely her father wouldn't harm her. right?

Like pure fructose, the berry is sweeter than any candy. The taste is something like an odd combination of elderberry and apple. It’d make Inari’s stomach churn for a bit. After which, she would feel very awake. Hyper vigilant and hyper perceptive. She would begin to notice small details in everything around. Her thoughts would have astounding clarity.

The woman raises her hands, and a ball of energy forms above her. Some of the citizens of the surrounding area would appear to be sleeping peacefully while others seemed to be slipping from life altogether. Inari’s father would frown a bit, “There are always those who are far too stubborn to recognize their blessings.”

He begins to walk toward the pier, almost gliding across the black moss.

Inari shivered as she felt such beautifull sweetness sliding down ehr throat. "That.. That's delicious." She said almsot dreamily, following after him as he headed towards the pier. "Maybe so but we'll show them.. They will love their blessings once we show them." She said, smiling at her father.

As the woman glides away a voice calls back. "Hey lady you haven't paid your bill!" Kishin comes running towards her carrying a receipt. The Earth Knights did not look as playful as the voice made it out to be. As he suddenly accelerates towards the woman. "Return the life energy you took!" He shouts as he charges the woman.

The redhead looks panicked momentarily. She stops summoning the life energy and holds a hand out in front of her face. She blows a fine dust in Kousuke’s direction. If he should breathe it in, he would find himself dizzy before reality began to fade and vivid hallucinations took its place. The black moss begins to grow on to her like an armor.

Inari’s father frowns. “Sorry. It appears that I may need to help with this first before we leave. These children are very dangerous.” He closes his eyes and energy concentrates. Kousuke might feel a prodding pressure in the back of his mind, but if he focuses, he could keep it out. Meanwhile, some of the blissfully sleeping people begin to stir.

Inari watched the boy and watched her father. "Would you need help father? I did keep that little item that cat gave me.. the power's quite nice." She said, letting him accept it or not.

Kousuke sees the dust and immediately jumps over it landing near the woman. As he lands a shockwave is produced by him using his elemental control on impact with the earth to throw the woman off balance. A giant stone hammer appears in his hand, which seems to be light as a feather but glowing golden. "Golden Hammer!" he shouts (needlessly) as he takes a swing at the hopefully unbalanced youma attempting to knock her into the water.

He is suddenly struck by a sense of embarrassment for interrupting the reunion of a father and a daughter. Though then he gets confused about this since he didn't know a reunion was happening and pushes it aside using his elemental control on himself to drown out all other emotions.

The shockwave rattles the plants, releasing more spores into the air. With the increased concentration, Kousuke might find himself getting drowsy as well. The redhead does her best to remain steady, but cannot block the being hit with the golden hammer. The moss protects her from substantial injury, but she falls into the water. The water begins to bubbles and a mountain of black moss lifts the woman out of the water with what appear to be hook swords of more black moss. Black moss would also start to grow around Kousuke’s feet.

Inari’s father keeps his eyes close and doesn’t respond to his daughter right away. Around them citizens rise from the ground, but in a trance. “I don’t want you to get hurt. You seem to just recently have come into power. Do what you feel comfortable with, but keep in mind that these individuals have hurt many.” He looks to the all the zombie-like people standing around and points to the Earth knight. With that signal, a mob of about 28 citizens rush to attack Kousuke.

Inari narrows her eyes, but holds the wand tightly. Her father was right, she only knew that she could make a flood, which might hurt her father and his ally, the woman covered in moss. "I'll stay back for now, I need to train myself more with my power."

As Kou notices the spores and moss he leaps about 10 feet into the air onto the top of a nearby building and coughs. He takes a deep breath away from the spores. The sky seemed so close he notices the man who had been pointing at him and the girl next to him. That was going to be inconvenient. He wonders if the girl was a youma as well. Or maybe this guy was from the government...he was certainly smug looking enough.

The he takes the head off the hammer to reveal a sharpened point and then shouts "GUGINIR!" (again unnecessarily) and throws the spear that pierced Scorpio's armor at the moss woman. If the spores get closer he will again leap to a further point.

"Hey girl by the guy, what's going on?" He asks wondering if she was just a random person who the youma was helping or something else.

The redhair woman attempts to dodge the Gungnir spear, but it does hit her left side. The moss armor retracts from the point of impact, revealing a wound. A little injured, she glares at Kousuke on top of the roof.

The horde of zombie like people make it across the street to watch as Kousuke jumps on top of the building. The scramble to the side of the building, desperately trying to climb a vertical wall.

Inari’s father shakes her head. With his index figure, he makes a circle in the air. The crowd of civilians circle around the redhead as she sits on the ground. They effectively form a human shield protecting her from attack. She begins to gather more energy as moss grows around her and human shield, making a second layer of armor. Inari’s father looks at Kousuke, and Kousuke would feel horrific pain shoot through his mind as the world around him becomes distorted. The world would appear to wobble and spin. All things would become indistinct and blurry. Solid forms would seem to melt into a wash of spinning colors. Fighting against it would require a great amount of mental fortitude and concentration.

“Well, we could leave now, but I don’t feel right about just having him to run amuck as soon as we leave. I don’t think Fia could handle this by herself. I hate to ask, but is there something you can do about this situation, Inari?” her father asks.

Inari held her wand. "I could try, my attack was pretty powerful the other day.." She said as she holds her wand. "Neptune Power, Make Up." As she transforms into the Neptune Senshi. She stands a few steps up from her father and gathers a large ball of water, which she then launches directly at Kou! "Leave now boy!" She calls as she launches her Tidal Blast.
