In one area of Akihibara there would be a long ally way that led to a very nondescript door that had a sign say The Nirvana Dungeon in neon lights. Once someone opened the door and head down some stairs they would see a massive amount of light. After someone walks in they would be on a massive plexiglass walkway. Below them a lot of arcade machines as well as card tables. There were a few game pits where some people would use some sort of hologram tech on some kind of card game. There would be a front desk at the end of this walkway and would split to a stair case down to the arcade area to the right. The other would lead to private game rooms and a large café that was to the left. Behind the front desk was a rather large store for videogames, card games, table top and many more.

Kail walks down the walk way and to the front desk with a smile on his face as he needed some alone time. Oddly the owner of the place was helping out at the front desk. "Well Asuka its been awhile since you were behind the desk" he said as a very good looking blond was taking care of several legions of males. It was due to the fact that she barely had enough clothes on. For the most part though on the inside was rather warm due to all of the bodies there as well as the arcade machines. The woman though was Asuka Calahan. Her father was pretty high in the business world and she wanted to hit out on her own. With a small loan she was able to do it and was able to pay back most of it.

"Well it has been what a month or so? I missed you, most of these the people have not been good eye candy. Anyway your normal amount" Asuka asked as she gave a good view of her cleavage. Kail lightly blushed from the teasing and nodded his head and pulls out a card. Asuka then swipes it and gives him the go ahead and returns it to the redhead. Kail takes it and heads down to the arcade area.

Two hours. That’s the approximate amount of time that the blue haired boy stood in front of the fighting game. He’d played a few other customers when he first arrived, but now, he seemed content to play the story mode, fighting some 30 characters before the game reached its conclusion. He was probably about 2/3rds through, and hadn’t really lost except maybe once or twice. The machine says the word “Victory” yet again, and it’s clear the blue haired boy has some talent. His eyes are glued onto the screen despite the lackluster plot. His character appears to be one of the quicker moving female characters as he proceeds to the next match.

The camera gets another shot of the good-looking red head going into the building. Rin follows a good number of steps behind him, so he doesn’t notice her. Until she hears the sound of arcade games, she feels a little anxious about walking into an unknown place, particularly one that ended in the word “dungeon”. However, she breathes a sigh of relief that this isn’t any place sketchy. So he liked videogames. Rin wonders, which are his favorites and what is he good at.

Her heart sinks as she watches the busty girl talk to Prince Killian. Was that the kind of girl he was into? She feels self-conscious, and as he walks by her, she can’t get rid of that sense of hatred. What to do?

She walks behind the legions of men and finds a group of men talking about Asuka’s beauty. She pipes up, “I’d say you should ask her out. She’ll say yes to just about everyone for anything. However, I know the last guy caught something though…” A few the guys make a disgusted face as they look back at the woman. She walks away happy with herself for destroying the woman’s reputation, figuring that kind of rumor would spread quite quickly.

Moving between arcade machines, she watches the red head go to choose a game.

Kail walks by a blue haired male and saw the point count on the arcade machine and raised his eyebrow at his point count. He then cracks his neck several times and then his knuckles a few times. The redhead sees that the blue haired male was playing Tekken and was playing as Xiaoyu. He then steps over and slides his card down the reader and taps the second player button and on the screen it flashed NEW CHALLANGER for Cory. It then went to the character select screen and Kail went to King and selected his trench coat outfit then his pro wressler tights. "The ride stops here lad, time to kick yer arse" he said and then waited for Cory to select his character. Unknown to him that Rin was stalking him or even someone slandering a person he knows. None the less he was there to release all of the stress he had.


Meanwhile

Asuka gets tapped by one of her employies and wispers something into her ear and then her eyes go to slits. As she heard that someone had spread a very nasty rumor. She yes had flirted with most guys yes, but she was no where easy. Even then she had been too busy for dating anyone as of right now. "Find who spread this.....have someone look at the security camras for any female that walked in the last few minutes. Once found, bring them to my office. No one slanders a Calahan like that" she was quite angry and knew that something this scathing had to come from a female. If she wanted to ruin someone this bad, she would have done the same thing.

Cory raises an eyebrow as the words “New Challenger” display on the screen. Well, this was more exciting than playing story mode. The redhead instantly chooses King, and then starts the trash talk. With a cocky smile, he says, “Bring it, Roux.” He chooses Xiaoyu again. It was time to see how much practice paid off. He doesn’t really care about the outfit, so simply elects to start the game.

There’s about no time between the game calls to start before he throws out the first combo, showing off just how good this kid’s reflexes are. Despite how fast his hands move, he seems pretty calm, either not considering Kail a challenge or not caring or some combination of the two.

Rin watches Prince Kail initiate a challenge against the blue haired boy. Did they know each other? Or was he simply looking to deflate someone’s ego today. She silently cheers him on. However, out of the corner of her eye, she notices what appears to be security for the place. Damn, she wanted to watch this match.

Security doesn’t notice Rin instantly. They stop to talk to one other girl with long brown hair braided down to her knees. The girl with the braid looks a little angry that her Splinter Cell game is being interrupted, and watches her character die out of the corner of her eye. As one member of security begins to talk, her expression turns to rage. “YOU’RE ACCUSING ME OF THIS JUST BECAUSE I’M A GIRL?! SCREW YOU! I’VE COME HERE FOR THREE YEARS!!!! You better refund me the money for this damn game,” she growls.

Rin takes that moment to duck behind another row of machines. She just needed to stall time for a minute or two to see the game outcome. Then, she would leave.

Asuka sees one of her security gaurds harassing one of the gamers after that and sighs. That was until she pulls a tablet device under the desk and starts putting commands into it. "Call that guy back for now, I'm going to look at the footage myself. Give that girl an hour and my humblest apologies, she's a regular.....freaking blockhead...I need to make these guys have a bit more tact" said Asuka and then gets the security camra video until now. She watches right before Kail came in and starts watching it. She smiles at the redhead a bit and sighs contently that was until she spots someone. A blond stood out aside from most, as she had a look of horror or of anger. Asuka was trying to figure that out why she was acting like that, until she traced her eyes to the counter and looked at Kail. Then watches him and then the blond and sees that she was following Kail. Then sees her say something and several guys just look shocked

"I'm going down to the pit myself to find this person, call back most of the security said Asuka and she left a rather good description of Rin. And told to keep an eye out for her at the entrance/exit. The other reason to call the security back was to give this girl a false sense of security. Asuka wanted to make sure this girl felt her wrath.


(Switching to Kail)

Kail raised an eyebrow at the blue haired males voice and choice of words. He just rolled his eyes and waits for the fight to begin. It did and with a explosive start as the guy next to him, went with a flurry of combos out on him. Kail had went with a defensive and mind game strategy by blocking most of the hits. Then taking a few to the chin to faint Cory out and think he was a bad player. To let his pride and ego to try and make his moves sloppy. Kail would throw a few combo hits, again it was to see if Cory was following a set pattern of the combo strings and moves. 9/10's of a fight was the mind game that people played on each other.

The expression on Kail's face was not much as he kept a poker face on to further try and play his own mind game on Cory.

Cory chills the offensive after most of the attack is blocked. However, he’s surprised to land a few after that. Sure, Roux gets a few good hits, but they don’t account for much. It seems odd as Roux seemed to be pretty good earlier. His nose scrunches in confusion with the sudden change of play style. Was he trying to psyche him out? Whatever… it wasn’t anything for him to worry about. He was probably going to win, and it’s not like it mattered if he lost. His expression relaxes as he resumes the flurry of attacks. It’s a little clear that he favors some of the throwing moves and light attacks. For the moment, his strategy seems to just overwhelm with a lot of attacks.

Rin frowns as his majesty, Prince Killian, takes a few hits. The blue haired boy wasn’t bad. But surely his highness would pull throw! She looks back at the FPS gamer girl to see that security had dispersed somewhat. Well, that was a good sign at least. Maybe she could even watch a few more matches. She moves behind some more machines for a better vantage point as the broad blue-haired boy occasionally blocked her view. Quietly, she says, “Come on, Prince Kail, you can win.” However, she quickly becomes embarrassed that the words left her mouth. Hopefully, nobody noticed.

Now, she standing a row behind them, and could see fine. She takes out her camera. The club would love to see his victory screen!

"I found your weak point now....your going to see why most people call me the Overlord here at this place" said Kail finaly as there would be a glint coming off from his eyes. As Cory's final combo string ended, Kail switched from his defensive posture and went on the offensive as Cory was about to throw another combo string off. Kail throws a punch with King and starts going into his own combo string and starts with a few punches and kicks. But after the kick though, Kail then starts his grappling chain with King and the red head was being relentless with his attacks. He knew that Xiaoyu was made of paper since she was a very fast character that relied on that for strength. But with perfect timing with a slower character could easily overweilm someone. None the less Kail was now in his element and was now truly focused in the game.


(Meanwhile)

Asuka went down to the arcade pit and then moved herself into the crowd to camoflauge herself to sneak around. She walks around until she watches the arcade machine with Kail. She saw that his health was massively down while his adversary was at high health. The blond smirks when she saw the change of Kail's posture as well as everyone else there. Although hears something quite close to her and her eyes flicker over to Rin. Her target was right there. Smiling like a presatory cat, Asuka sneaks around and gets behind the blond. She sees the camra and Rin taking several pictures. "Greetings my little birdy....now if you don't want to cause a major sceen. You better come with me, or would you like to cause Kail some problems and would really want him loose? Make your choice...or you might not find him in the crowd again. Sooner you make your choice the sooner you can get back here" said Asuka whispering into Rin's ear. Her voice was almost like a soft purr as she spoke it to the slightly younger girl.

Cory just absentmindedly nods after Roux’s show of bravado, “So you were trying to psyche me out…” His expression is still that one of serene calm, because he’s still not worried. Even if the guy was good, he has a lead. “So you know that part in the Princess Bride where Inigo reveals he’s not left-handed, but then the Man in Black does the same? Yeah, this is sort of like that,” he says as he suddenly switches tactics. He becomes much more evasive, making Roux come to him, and waiting for openings. Given an opening, he starts doing the harder hitting combos instead of a barrage of light attacks. And damn, if Xiaoyu isn’t hard to catch too. "By the way, I'm not calling you Overlord," he says as his smile starts to return.

Rin turns around to face the woman behind her. That tone reminded her of the purple-haired girl, but she’s relieved to see it’s just the cashier girl. Well, someone was certainly angry. Normally, she would have backed down, but not to this girl. Something about the way she looked at red-haired god made her blood boil. Her expression is frightening stoic as she puts her camera away. Looking her in the eyes, she says, “I’m calling your bluff. You’re not going to cause problems for him. You wouldn’t do anything against one of your regulars. If you’re kicking me out, you can say so. I’ll head out. Or you can at least come up with a threat that’s somewhat convincing.”

Kail looks over at Cory "The name is Killian Lancaster, but most of my friends call me Kail. I never saw the movie, I might pick up the novel later, but as I said your starting to follow a pattern. Plus unlike your character I can afford to take the blows" said Kail as he did take a few more heavy hits. But was watching the character's movements very closely and was adopting a much more aggressive volley. He was forcing Cory into a corner. As he continued his relentless movement only taking the time to guard or even parry blows at times was impressive. The timer was ticking down and he was more or less calm so he dropped his guard for his last ditch move. Since so far he had been watching how Xiaoyu moved Kail was more then ready to do one massive reversal.


"Really I mean really, you don't think Kail is use to my shinanigans? He's seen me deal with problematic customers. Now with you though, why don't I tell him he has someone stalking him. And has spread some very explicite rumors about me. Since the two of us are good friends. If you leave right now, I will make sure he knows your creepy little birdy face. So if you ever want a shot at him. The two of us are going to have a little girl talk. Its up to you if I am bluffing or not" said Asuka as she was still being pleasant but it was every very terrorfiying. Since it would be hard to tell if she was bluffing or not.

“Kail. I’d be willing to call you that even though Roux fit you so well. Cory, by the way,” he says as his eyes don’t leave the screen. The timer was counting down. Would this game go to the clock? That was a first for him. A goofy grin is sort of come across his face. “Hmmm… am I following a pattern? I could switch things up,” he says as he starts to move somewhat unpredictably across the screen. It’s mostly evasive moves, throwing very few punches. “I’m sort of really good at not getting hit, so I could just wait out the timer and win.” However, when the clock is down to 5 seconds, he switches tactics to incredibly offensive as it was in the beginning as he wonders if Kail will see it coming.

Rin stares back, trying to gauge if the cashier girl is being honest with her. However, cashier girl has a really good poker face if she is lying. After one last look at the match between Prince Killian and the blue haired boy, she gets up to follow her. “I’m not a stalker,” she says, looking at the cashier girl in the eyes. Stalkers were creepy and desperate, and as far as she was concerned, she wasn’t these things. She was simply a fan. However, she shouldn’t be surprised for this under-dressed tramp to spread nasty rumors about her. Gesturing ahead of her head, she says with defeat evident in her voice, “Lead the way.”
