"I'll work on it a bit more, I just have to find my place with them I guess. Boring....meh I guess for you I would be" said Kail as he got back to his normal self and rubbed the spot where Valdis had bit him. Then she went on that there would be a situation where he would not be able to save her. With a bit of lament that he agreed since he was walking the warrior's path against the covenant. Any day he could die by there hand in a battle so he then starts digging into the pieces of pie. As the man was hungry as hell since he did not eat anything since yesterday. Then when she asked about what she did in detail he had to make sure he was not eating or drinking anything.

"Uh......I hope that this does not sound weird....but it felt warm and well like I was high on something. Like way too many energy drinks....its hard to put into words. I don't know how effective it would be in combat though" he said rubbing the back of his head wondering if it made sense to Valdis. "I would have to agree for a quick fix. I think I was surprised by it so that's why I was kinda freaking out. Now....the other thing lass, with that love bite there. Have you claimed me as yer own" he joked to her since things were easing up on the two of them.

"So what are your plans for the rest of the day" said Kail as he took a quick gulp of his water.

"Very few people truly entertain me in this world"

Val smiled as she dug into her own pizza; however not as ravenously as Kail. She was use to skipping meals here and there. More often than not she would forget to eat when her attention was directed elsewhere. The pizza tasted like heaven, she was a lot hungrier then she had first thought; now that she wasn't an emotional wreck she could stomach eating a bit. She waited patiently for him to finish mawing down the pieces of pizza so he could talk.

"I had my mouth on your neck to 'heal you' anything is going to sound weird."

She listened as e explained how it felt; it sounded like it would be useful towards the end of the battle if someone needed an extra kick to power on through to the final part of the battle. She laughed when he went on to tease her about the manner in which her odd dose of healing took place.

"My dear you were mine as soon as I cornered you in that coffee shop"

She grinned wickedly.

"Of course I'm the type to probably claim more than one; I do hope you're not a jealous little minion"

When he asked what were her plans for the rest of the day she thought for a bit; there was that note that her father left with her yesterday before she left the house.

"I believe I have to go home to have my ear talked off; Daddy requested a meeting with me....it's never good when he sections off a time just to yell at me for something. Most likely to do with the GED....I forged his signature so I could take it without his permission."

Kail chuckles a bit as she remarked on the fact that she claimed him on there first meeting that they had. Plus saying that he was not going to be the only minion "Meh whatever I don't plan serving you like that. That's the job for the real minions" he said trying to be funny with her and finished the slices he was eating. Then hears her plans for the day and heard her about her father. And then the forged signature, making Kail facepalm greatly and sighed loudly. "And that's going to be a riot for you.....anyway I hope he does not blow a total gasget on what you did Except " he said knowing that her father would not be pleasing that she falsified a record on the GED.

"Anyway do you need a ride home after we eat" said Kail as he downed another slice of pie.

She stopped mid bite and looked at him with a confused expression; what did he think her minions were for? She swallowed and put the slice down.

"What do you mean serving me like that?"

She waited patiently for him to explain. When he offered her a ride she nodded.

"A ride would be nice, I don't feel like taking the subway and walking all the way up that damn hill. As for him blowing a gasket I believe he will...........He only arranges meeting times like that when I'm in deep shit. But I've already taken steps to sedate the beast when he does flip.."

She also planned on coming clean with her father, but she wouldn't mention that tidbit to Kail, knowing he'd probably discourage such an idea. A small smile crossed her lips.

"Or I could make the beast worse and said I spent the night sleeping in a boys bed; that would go over great."
