Taurus raises an eyebrow as the knight goes on listing titles. How many things did this guy proclaim himself to be? It was more an annoyance than anything else really. As strong as she might be, she only took one thing for herself: the name Taurus. She needed nothing else.

She watches as the smoke bombs are released, but she can feel their presence still through the cloud of smoke. Still hear the sword being sheathed. She expects to her footsteps moving away from her, not toward her. Even more strange was the desire for talking. She gives a slight nod, and does retaliate as they move far from the scene.

On the rooftop, she drops her lance, “I can’t help but feel this mostly symbolic. I doubt either of us really needs the weapons we hold. And if we wanted them, we could call them to our hands.” She looks at him curiously, “What is the nature of this discussion then?”

A hiss, a smile. A laugh. And the madman spoke, his voice honeyed. "My assumption of place in service to Queen Beryl. And the revelation of a traitor in your ranks." He was... Ecstatic. She was like him. Another true agent of the Dark Lady. "Valdis. The Presidents daughter. She consorts with the Senshi. And would seem to be feeding them intelligence on you all. She provoked them to go after the Obelisks. And I have my suspiscions that she fed them the location of your compatriot Libra, and his base of operations."

He had a fanged smile. His canines were elongated. "I can also give you the names and identities of several Senshi and Knights. As well as call them to one ambush of your organizations choosing. Granted, I have my own price for all of this, but I figure I will toss the bit about that fang threatening harlot free." His lips set into a momentary frown.

"Are you interested, and do you have the authority to negotiate. If not, get me Kunzite. He will in all likelihood."

Taurus sighs at the revelation that Valdis is a traitor. She wondered if she might be. Working so closely with the senshi in the past. However, the girl was quite honest in their past dealings. “I wondered if she might be a liar. It seems she only tells the truth when it is convenient to her. I was beginning to to warm up her too. It will be handled. As for Libra, do not call him my compatriot. There is no kinship or camaraderie between us, and I refuse to be compared to him.”

Taurus returns the smile at the offer of revealing identities, setting an ambush, and negotiation. “Well, I expected that to come with a price. I do have the authority to some extent. Not more than Virgo though.” She extends a hand, “I am Taurus. However, I figure that I make that obvious enough.”

"If you give me access to texts on Blood Magic, I will take care of her myself. I am sure I can find use for the blood of a filthy traitor." He had a most fiendish smile, and canted his head slightly at Taurus' assertion about Libra. "How strange. It seems you suffer the same division of minds that doomed my own timeline... We were so fraught with infighting and egotistical battle that the Senshi overwhelmed us... I was only able to escape by a fluke, and accident of the powers of time." He hissed as he used the letter 'S' ever so softly. He seemed to match her movements, his tongue ever so slightly coming into the air, tasting it, his instincts as the Void Dragon taking over. His eyes closed a brief moment, and he inhaled, taking in air through his nose and mouth, getting her scent and taste. "You are... Earthy. Like the fields in the Abbot's Ford..." He moved closer to her. Inhaling again. "It is... Soothing. A taste that makes me feel at ease. I am sadly not of any element... The Void drank deep of me, filling me with it's emptiness. I am the Serenity of Air, the Stability of Earth, the Sagacity of the Flame, the Sublimation of Water and the Song of Void..." He seemed... Not all there. "To but have loved any but Her..."

His face had a mask of pain beneath the mask of a dragon. "But I did not, and my love for your dear Virgo, my fell Queen Beryl... Led me to your world. Your time..." He chuckled. "Timeline, I should posit. This is not the past I read about. Jadeite lived much longer than he did in mine. So you are all doing SOMETHING right..." He nodded at that, more for his own pleasure than her comprehension. "I try not to make assumptions of others. After all, if you saw me in my human guise, this flesh I have mutilated and altered to fit my whims, you would not think me the Dragon I most assuredly am~" He gave another hissing laugh.

"So, Earthy Taurus, she who tastes of vine and the fruit therein... What can you offer me?" His grip, as he took her hand in his, shifting to be in a most stable, and almost iron clad stance, ready to throw her off the building if she shifted to attack him, was like steel.

Taurus shakes her head at infighting. “No, you misunderstand. I save this level of hatred for Libra. There is no one else as deserving of it. And I believe there are probably others who share in that sentiment. Now what is this about timelines?” Her eyes narrow as he tastes her scent. “I have no love for vipers either. You can keep your distance as it is,” she says, keeping the space between them.

Her face is unsympathetic as he goes on about his love for Virgo. “And you are far from being the only one who claims to love her. Do the Obelisks sing to you to then? Whispering things you always wanted to hear.” The rank and file revered her like a goddess. There were no gods or goddesses.  Just an endless cycle of destruction and rebirth.  Again and again.

“You hardly know me if you begin comparing me to fruits. I am far too bitter. As for what I can offer… what is it that you want? Some request power and money, and those are easy things to give. Other request to watch the old world end, and for that they simply must follow me. And there are those who want an audience with Virgo herself. That is a much harder thing, but I am guessing that is what you want. I can vouch for you, tell her that you are a knight, and she might be willing to listen. A small show of devotion would make it easier.” She nods back in the direction that they came from. “Like giving her the short skirt back there. I would want some means of assurance before I vouched for you.”

"Oh, your pylons have no song that I will ever listen to. I told you, I was corrupted by Chaos herself." He smiled. "And I am a dragon, oh Sweet Taurus." He respected her wish for space none the less. "Beryl is a goddess to me, yes, but one I adopted by choice, nearly... twenty eight years ago. It has been a very long time. I was barely halfway into my second decade." He looked pensive. "And fruits are not always purely bitter, or purely sweet. Some of the finest wines come from bitter grapes. In fact, should all go well, I will have to treat you to some. Do you prefer white or red? I like Sake, but that is a grain based drink, really a beer, despite how it is... Ahh, I am getting sidetracked."

He smirked, comfortable with her. "If your dear Libra is a cancer, would you like me to prod the Senshi to say, ruffle his feathers for you all?" He was barely able to restrain this manic energy that was coursing through him. "And I am not interested in joining the Covenant. I vie to have a thirteenth position created in your Zodiac. Serpentarius, or sometimes known as Ophiuchus... Both, either, it does not matter. I want to help you all. But I am slave to none but my most terrible love for her, and even then, it is not her herself, I intend to leave this timeline once I help her achieve victory. She is bound to have found that Chiba lad, Mamoru? and ensnared him. I can not gain her affections. But I can do right by her before I nip right on out of this reality."

He was smirking. "However, I think first and foremost, I should have you take a letter to Virgo. I will need to find an empty quill pen, and a knife. Blood does not go through standard fountain pens easily... And I intend to write it in this most precious vitae that pumps through my veins. And I can do better than that pretender of venus. Her name is Sophia Torres, by the by. I nearly sank my fangs into her... I still would, if she was a few years older. Just to hear her gasp and moan..."

He shrugged. "Her voice is sweet, and her smell sweeter. Not the heady scent of the Earth, like you. It is sugary. Most intoxicating, though not in the way yours could be..." He had a distant look in his eyes. "I can hand her the Earth Senshi. Or the Earth Knight. Or really whichever ones she wants. Or as many of them as are willing to answer a distress call." He canted his head to the side. "Do I really come off as a Viper? I would have thought a Constrictor... Where was I... Right. Timelines. I come from the year Five Thousand or so. I landed in this world Eighteen years ago after I tried and failed to overcome the Earth Knight, Mars, Moon and Pluto Senshi of my own timeline, being the Chaos Blessed Pluto Knight. Then I landed here, made myself into a Super Soldier..."

He was ordering his thoughts, rambling, but giving valuable insight into his past. "One of your harvesters attacked me. Not yours, persay, he claimed to work for Virgo, but Beryl never really used much in the way of Ice Magic from record. He was an able mage. I broke his neck, transformed, and ripped his heart out. His blood was unpalateable." He shrugged. "Cosmos appeared, or, Queen Selenity? Turned me into this. A Mockery of myself. I told her I would hunger for the new darkness. Rancor for it. She believed me." He smirked. "I do apologize for the Youma, but he is easily replaced. I had the military right on top of me." He shrugged again. "But your Youma have been smart enough to not get into fights with me since then."

None the less. "But yes. That should sum up things. What I want really depends on what you can give. I am happy to offer as much help as I can. Apart from this Libra... You are all family. We all serve Chaos." The utterly insane yet completely serene smile. "And that means I can finally make them pay for what they did to my mother's people, and my father's bloodline."

Meaningless words… they pour out of knight’s mouth as if he is a water fountain, spewing drivel. Taurus is almost disgusted, but she keeps him talking. It was unfortunate that he has something she wanted. “Neither. I prefer scotch.” At least, he stops himself and continues on a more important subject.

“No. He is a peer still and we are busy fighting a war. I cannot do anything against him. I will take care of myself once the Covenant has taken over. While I would not be upset if he disappeared, I would feel somewhat cheated,” Taurus says on the subject of Libra. Then the knight dives once more into his feelings of affection for a queen that he would probably never have as well as his desire to carve out a new Zodiac position for himself. This one was far more ambitious than the kid. “Endymion sits by her side, yes. And little else.” That was certainly not a conversation she wanted to have. The corpse called Sagittarius made most uncomfortable.

She points to his sheathed sword, “Well, you have a blade. Unless you really need a separate knife for some reason. As for a quill, most don’t carry that object on their person. There are places that sell both those things.” It seemed that she would most likely have to spend more time with this individual who couldn’t keep quiet. At least, he gave a name for a senshi. She sets aside as things to investigate later. The rest about is all rambling. She felt like she was sort gemstones from shit, and it begins to annoy her.

“I do not claim to know which she wants. I suppose you can ask her in your letter written in blood.” Her expression turns sour if he comes off as a viper, “While they do possess them, constrictors aren’t known for their fangs as much as vipers.” She relaxes as he gets back on topic of timelines. Not that it makes anything make more sense. She comes to regret asking.

His experience with the youma and gaining power was somewhat interesting at least. She never knew how the senshi knights came to be. Did a spirit of the past visit them all? Another tidbit to remember. “First, I do not own any youma. They work under me. However, none of those under me have disappeared randomly in the night, so he is aligned with someone else,” Taurus says, before thinking on the subject. “Aquarius might be the one needs to receive that apology.”

She shakes her head, “I think you give your kinship and familiarity to easily here. We have only just met, and you do not know anyone else. I suppose we are all connected in someway though, whether we wish to be or not. Did you wish to get that quill and knife?”

"Ahh. My father would have been better able to help you. Granted, he was caught in an explosion, the Royal Family of the Moon having ensured that all traces of Nemesisian influence were erased. Fools did not even look very hard for me..." He shrugged, eyes aglow with light, tears never shed still hiding.

"Poor Endymion. But, he was a fool before, and hers evermore. Thank you for the confirmation. I will begin research on a way into another timeline once I have things speeding along with you all." He clicked his tongue against the roof of his mouth, thinking. "I will continue to caution them away from attacking Libra then. I wish you fine hunting when the time comes, Taurus. And swift fulfillment of that urge." He seemed to be sincere in that.

"The blade is formed of heavenly energies. I would never insult her by giving her a letter tainted with them." He seemed a tad aghast at the suggestion. "Please, forward my sincerest apologies to Aquarius. I will be glad to offer reasonable contrition should they wish it." He bowed deeply, though he kept his eyes on Taurus. She was getting annoyed, and Peter was getting tired. This needed to be wrapped up quickly, so he could retire. "Well, if I have a way of getting into contact with you again, I could offer you the letter at a later date. In the meantime..." He muttered angrily for a couple moments, searching his robes, before he extracted something, before tossing it to her. A business card.

"I was going to be forced to be one of the Guardian Knights had we not met. Best to plan for all eventualities, yes?" There was that smile again. "I will need some time to compose the letter, and I doubt you wish to wait. Oh! Amarissa Hiroshi. That is Sailor Moon's name in this timeline. Do with that what you will. I am sure you are more than capable, and frankly?" All the warmth, the happiness, the serenity drained away. There was a dark malignance there, his voice gaining a hateful edge. "Make. It. Hurt." His face was set in a nearly feral mask of hate. His teeth were clearly visible. His hiss was audible. "I have no love of Sailor Moon, no matter the timeline."

Taurus gets an insight in Peter’s past or future or parallel time as he speaks about his father. However, she remains confused by it. His sentences felt like half completed thoughts. She wonders whether beating her head against the wall would be a more productive activity than attempting to understand it all.

She frowns on the subject of Endymion. “A fool? He’s more a ghost of the past. A fool would imply that there is more to him than a body.” A smile returns as he wishes her well hunting. “Thank you. Still, I am reminded that day is a while off.”

“I’ll forward the message to Aquarius if I see her, which is a rare occasion. I am unsure if she will care. And if she does, perhaps only at being inconvenienced,” she replies. She looks uncomfortable at the bow and more so at the business card. It looked like he made it for this specific occasion. She tucks into a pocket of her long brown coat. “You can reach me at XXX-XXXX. Or I can establish a direct link with you. It will give me access to your location, allow us to speak telepathically, and signal to any youma to not attack. The choice is yours.”

With the second name, Taurus is happy with this knight again. Rambling as he may be, he was at least helpful. “And thank you for your contribution. You have my word that I will vouch for you whenever you are done with that letter.” Sailor Moon. Amarissa Hiroshi. Sailor Venus. Sophia Torres. There was a lot of work to be done.

Peter's ears perked up. "He's a husk?" There was that hissing laugh again, and it was filled with bile, and hate. "Oh, poor Endymion, you cheated my Father from his rightful place on the throne of Brittania, and you and your wife exiled my mother to a hell beyond the stars. My life's goal was to seek vengeance on you... And it seems this world has paid you back in spades." He was smiling, a venomous smile. This was not the warmth from before. Poison could be heard in his words.

"If you are comfortable bonding with my mind, I offer it freely... But another time. My energies defend me from psionic assault, and I am not an acknowledged member of the Zodiac. I can not take the risk of you tracking my civilian life. There are... Ones I wish to ensure are kept safe. I... I think I can continue my line with the one in my apartment right now. Just maybe... I would need to... No. It would be cruel to take her into another world." He shook his head. "I must let her go it seems. Expect my call sometime in the next day. I will give you a location, or we can meet for lunch?~ I will pay. It is only gentlemanly." There was poison, yet also warmth. That... Was not human.

Taurus tears a portal behind her. Peter would get a good glimpse of the barren wastes of the world of youma if he looked into it. “Lunch. Sure.” She walks through, “Until we meet again, Inquisitor.”

A crisp clean salute, the man snapping to attention, index finger above his eyebrow, and palm facing her, a British military salute, before he nodded to her. "Until then. Best of hunting, and peaceful rest." With that, he backflipped off the roof, and the sound of his gauntlets digging into the building, and slowing him down were heard.
