After awhile Kail had finaly desided to go and talk to Lance, as he had time from the Harbor as well as the battle at the shrine to calm himself and think over what happened. But one thing was for sure though, he could not let Lance's berserk nature of Oni go unchecked. That alter ego was a lose canon that most of the group could not handle except himself and maybe a few others. So far his tolerance was wearing thin with this knight. Kail got the information about where Lance worked from Sophia and was heading to where he worked. The one thing on the redhead's mind was to give this man the riot act.

As Kail arrives at the address he finds a very sad apartment that looks like so much patch work has been done that it is quite possible none of the original building is left. His timing was good as Lance was walking towards his door in what appeared to be a grungy mechanics outfit. He his face had several grease stains and his hair was dishevled but the brown haired man walked towards his door with a straight back and intense eyes which he had learned were one of the best way to prevent fights from starting.

He doesn't seem to notice Kail as he walks towards his door.

Kail was about to get to Lance's job and saw that he was walking away from his job as a mechanic. So he follows him back to his apartment and saw how bad it was. Perhaps he did not know anything on this man in general but in his mind Oni was a problem to deal with and had to speak with Lance to knock this off or things would be changing for him. The red head then stops a few feet away. "Oi lad we need ta have a few words" said Kail in English but with a heavy Scottish accent. He looks over at the grease monkey and was looking quite serious. His ire was smoldering in the back of his head. The event at harbor was still going on his head and Kail was trying to keep that fury down. As to think clearly and speak it without going into some very irrational thinking.

"Hmmm?" Lance voiced as he turns towards Kail with an baleful stare. He had just finished work and had been hoping to relax for a bit before heading over to the ramen shop for his list of odd jobs so he was not particularly thrilled to have someone taunting him. As he turns he sees the man and lifts an eyebrow, Kail was obviously not the kind of person he had been expecting, but after readjusting his expectations he lets out a grumbling sigh.

"First of all pal, I'm no one's "lad." Second I don't know who you are and don't want to talk to you." he says definitively in an american accent that sounded like it had been learned from talking with soldiers,and begins to turn back towards the house. Bed...yeah bed sounded great...maybe he could afford to miss a night of odd jobs it'd been a while since he had gotten a full night sleep.

"Yeah no, my name is Killian Lancaster also known as Exia the Knight of Mars. We need ta speak about yer alter ego Oni. Sophia was kind enough to tell me where to go to find ye. So yet yer arse over here now" said Kail as he pushed up his glasses up with his finger. Perhaps this was enough info to get Lance's attention. The anger in the redhead's mind was growing as this guy did not really care who he was. Now he did not give a damn if this man got the rest he needed. Kail was going to give Lance a piece of his mind now or he would not give up until he did. Since Oni's out of control nature was bothering him and if this conversation was not going to yeld anything. He would have to do something drastic, which he did not want to do with a fellow knight.

As Killian explained who he was Lance nodded. "Oh, you're the leader of the merry band then? Listen I told Sophia I have no intention of joining you cub scouts." He replies though when Killian suddenly gives Lance an order the air turns still for a second.

"Excuse me...I don't recall becoming one of your people. Nor am I obliged to give two fucks about what you think. If you want to be a superhero that's your discretion you do your thing I'll do mine." He says in a quiet but dangerous tone. Lance was not one who responded well to orders and certainly not from someone who showed up on his doorstep with such a sense of entitlement.

"Listen if I didn't know better I'd think you were picking a fight. I am aware that I am not good for your PR and for that you have my condolences, but coming to my home and acting like a prick is not the way to have a conversation, and if you are just looking to fight me then just say so."

"Cut the crap, from what I just say you don't give a damn about anyone but yourself. Your actions nearly killed Valdis a dear friend that I consider like a sister. SO YES I HAVE A DAMN PROBLEM WITH YOU YA BASTARD" Kail yelled as his fury was evident on his face as he was pissed off. But his eyes were filled with a fire of passion as these words came from the heart. "PULL THAT DAMN STICK OUT OF YER ARSE. TELL ME ARE YOU TO SAY YOU DON'T CARE AT ALL IF SAY, YOU HAD SOMEONE CLOSE TO YOU DIED THAT WAS A SIBLING TO YOU. HOW WOULD YOU FEEL, OH WAIT YOU DON'T FEEL JACK ANYWAY BESIDES YER JUST A SELF CENTERED PRICK. THAT NOTHING CAN HAPPEN TO ME"he yelled again letting his emotions lose on someone. As most of the time the redhead had hardly yelled to anyone. But this time he was giving Lance a piece of his mind. If Lance did want to fight Kail was more then ready.

"I haven't attacked Valdis, unless she's become a youma." Lance replies bluntly. "And if that happened well then I'll apologize next time I see her."

Though as Kail goes on a tirade about how Lance would feel if something like that happened to someone close to him Lance simple smiles. "Well how fortunate for the prince that he has someone like that." Lance says in a bitter malice filled tone. "And you're right I don't have that kind of attachment to anyone, nor do I care about you or your friends." He says plainly.

"Why would I? I don't know any of you save Sophia, and all you've care about is if I'll help you fight monsters. Well I am fighting them! And I am not some tool for you to point at and decide which ones are good and which ones are bad! I fight youma, if that appear I attack them. Screaming at me like a 6th grader isn't going to make me stop. Or would you prefer if the Eris Knight stepped aside." Lance asks.

"I'll make you a deal, I'll stop getting involved and I'll only use my powers for self defense. Assuming you deal with the youma I've been taking care of. That's been about 18 in the last two weeks plus the big events. Take care of that and you don't have to worry about Oni." He says as he starts walking towards his door still tense and ready to fight if Kail decides to attack.

"Mister prince it sounds like your life's been pretty fucking easy until now though so let me give you some advice. It like to shit on you." He says.

Kail comes down to a low boil after his out burst and came down back to Earth. "You don't get it do you....We aren't just out to beat things down, we are here to save lives. And weither you like it or not your apart of this group by the public. Your actions directly effect us. What your offering is crap, it changes nothing about you. Let me give you something else to think about. What if a Youma held a hostage and you attacked it savagely. And the person got hurt or killed due to your actions. Then what" the red head said to Lance. His face went from rage to pity as his rational mind came back to him. As Kail had become much more calm and was a bit better.

At least I have something to protect, what about you? I pity you as a human being like you that does not have something special to protect. Like Valdis and the other members of the team, hell I hate Kousuke the Earth Knight but at the same time he has my back. But I also have his as a comrade in arms. Your only out to just destroy and kill. Until this happens to you, perhaps you can understand how I feel or why I am angry" said Kail as he wanted to see how Lance would react to this. "You think you my life is easy? Think about how many lives are out there in Tokyo, in Asia, this world that are suffering. Your not the only one. Trying to save this world...to see my friends survive. To see a better tomorrow! The stress is weighing on me greatly...what do you have to worry about....only yourself" he said countering what he said that his life was easy.

"What are you talking about? What would I do in that situation, obviously I'd kill the youma. The youma routinely kill dozens of people when they appear if we don't stop them immediately. Besides it's not like I have much of a reason to care. Compassion is not a mandatory trait, it's something that the privileged show to make them feel better about their easy lives." Lance replies as he stops and turns around with an intense expression on his face and eyes burning with many conflicting emotions.

"And you're right, I don't have something to protect, and I don't think some red-headed asshole coming to my house and mocking me for it is going to change much. I am a fighter, I will kill youma until one of them kills me. If you don't like it then make me stop." Lances says walking towards Killian a look of anger in his eyes. Though as Killian says that he isn't privileged and that worrying about the innocent weighs on him constantly Lance stops, stares at him for a couple of seconds and then bursts out into bitter laughter.

"You think that is hardship? You think your self important guilt is what makes your life difficult. That's rich!" He says as he laughs for a few more seconds before he starts catching his breath. "Listen pal, this whole responsibility to defend the innocent thing. That's something you chose to take on, just because the fickled winds of fate made you better at fighting doesn't mean you need to suddenly sign up to be a vigilante. You are all talking about how we need to use our powers for good and I'm sick of your shit! I've got the right to chose how I use what's mine and that includes this power! As for how difficult your life is. Try going a 4 days without food and only drinking out of puddles on the street and then tell me that you aren't privileged."

Kail's eyes went up a bit at the revalation and would have to concede a bit perhaps that his life was hard yes compared to his or the rest of the group. But another things though just became a bit of a problem ".....There are a few points you have I will consede to. But there others I can not agree on that make me worry over all. But the end I see your main problem and that is pride. That will kill you in the end, as if your in a bad straits like these. I am more then sure that the group can help you out, you would be surprised on how many us could help you if you ask. But none the less I must be keeping you so good evening he said showing that he was just not a total jerk that had a stick shoved up his ass. His mind was already thinking on what to do with this guy now. He had odd thought that he was doing more things for the group now trying to be a leader. Rather then someone trying to be the idea man for the group.
