There were several girls that were surrounding a girl that was scared out of her mind. She was a rather meek looking girl and was cowering into a corner. The girl was in a high school uniform with dull grey hair and blue eyes. Although the eyes were behind some thick glasses that made her more of a nerd. The ringleader though compared to this girl was in another category. She was in the uppercrust and apart of the ellite of the ellite in the social ladder. As she had the most expensive jewelry and accessories, add to the fact that this girl had the long black hair and the perfect skin. The ring leader gets close to the girl with the glasses and speaks to her cruely.

"Now didn't I say for you to back away from Kisaragi. Told you that he was mine from the start. With him.....my popularity will skyrocket in this dump. But no you had to give him that love letter Tsubaki. Here is the deal you break up with him or for the rest of your school life I will make it a living hell. I have the money and power to do it" she said and several of her so called minions were snickering. Some were enjoying seeing Tsubaki being put into place. A few others were not as there was sympathy in there eyes. "Maybe I should start with that face of yours" she said and cackled loudly.

"I...I..wwwill not....break...up with Kisaragi-kun. I...had...a crush on him much longer then....you have Okuni. I...I....Istuttered out Tsubaki as she tried to stand up for herself. She knew of Okuni's reputation to get what she wanted out of people. Plus being know to have a devil may cry personality that cared less about her victims. Perhaps this was caused by the rumor that was floating around. That Okuni left her school to escape someone that was more of a terror then herself. That person was a pink haired girl that was approaching them.

Kaguya had been walking to school perhaps minding her own business until she saw one of her old tormentors drag a girl to a more secluded area with her minions. The pink haired girls pulse quickend and a rush going through her system. She followed an overheard everything she sees Tsubaki look at her with fear and awe since the girl knew of her reputation. "My my my if its not my old tormentor Okuni-tan its been awhile. You have not changed at all since the last time I saw you. Do I need to beat you down again and make you kiss my feet again" said Kaguya in a tone that would put her on equal ground of cheeriness that Valdis would have with someone. Although it was playful it was also sinister as she cracked her knuckles again.

Okuni's body language stiffend and her face went super pale as she heard who's voice it was. Her head whipped around and the look on her face when seeing Kaguya. Made the girl look like she saw a ghost "No....no..nonononon you should not be at this school.....get away. Please no" she said with fright and Tsubaki was able to slip and run away from the war zone that was going to happen with Kaguya and Okuni.

"THE BARA NO ONI IS GOING TO GO ON A RAMPAGE" yelled Tsubaki as she ran away alerting students about the fight that was going to begin.

On the perimeter of the 'war zone' was a young woman in the traditional Japanese school attire. A white winter jacket covered her shoulders and torso while the rest of the attire was standard. Her blue eyes calmly assess the situation in the relatively safe perimeter about thirty feet away from where the 'Oni' was about to engage the other girl. This was...curious. While Okuni was a notoriously unpleasant individual, was a violent situation likely to be worthwhile.

The slight clicking of her feet, her shoes having just slightly raised heel, was audible during quieter moments of her approach. Her long, immaculately brushed and almost unnaturally silky hair swayed just a little with each step. When she arrives, moments before Kaguya would pummel the less fortunate bully in the ground, she smiled just slightly.

"Ms...Hoshigane? Why not take a more subtle approach?" she says, calmly walking toward Okuni. Okuni would likely recognize Aylia Calahan as an aristocratic, highly popular girl that was highly connected due to her family's influence.

Her eyes narrow as she looks at Okuni then back at Hoshigane.

"Why not just stipulate that...Okuni may suffer you wrath twice over if she continues to bully others. See, a violent beating that her reaction and that of others wouldn't look good for you or the school, plus it could result in your expulsion which is detrimental to your own future. Now...if Miss Okuni realizes that you are aware of this and will take measures to administer...future punishment...in a more subtle way, then I think that would be a good impetus to not engage in such behaviors as to provoke that reaction, plus it gives you a more positive reputation since you wish to be a white knight, no?" she says, her tone emitting a strong persuasiveness with an underlying strong knowledge of procedure and legality that added a sense of believability to it all.

Kaguya's eye flicks over to Aylia and then just glares at her "This is why I hate rich little twits like yourself. Your never straight forward always using veild threats that could easily cause a loophole for someone like her to do the samething. Adminastartion does jack, I've seen how it has worked, I told the teachers back at my school. But they did not do a damn thing since people like yourself and Okuni here have used your parents money to put them in your pockets. Not only that your already scheming on how to control me and have me in your inner circle as your little enforcer" said Kaguya sounding very jaded as her mind had been slightly warped due to her past experances with bullies and such. She moves closer and Okuni falls on to her ass. As she still looks at Aylia with a sense of distaste and just looks at her. Almost saying your next on her chopping block.

"And by now I don't really care about reputations at all.....None of you don't even understand Tsubaki's pain nor the pain that I have went through. We are just pawns in your little game of who is miss popular. I am no hero for the people, just a monster that you all created. I'm just trying to end this cycle, since there going to be more people like her and victims" she said in a tone that was pretty cold and frightening.


Okuni was petrified in fear as she now feared not only her physical life but her social one as well. When she saw the blond gaijin bimbo walk in. At this point she looks at Kaguya "Please.....I will not do this again....don't hurt me. I beg you Kaguya-sama" she pleads hopeing that she could hopefully just get away and not have pretty face busted up. Okuni was also thinking that she could perhaps later convince Aylia to get Kaguya kicked out of the school.

"Shut the hell up, that's what you said last time and look what has happened. Your still continuing to bully others. Do you need to be reminded that this can not go unpunished. Do you need some pain to remind you. Since that's the only way you can get it through that damn skull of yours" she yelled into the girl's face. Kaguya looks at Okuni's flunkies and gives them a glare which causes them to cower and move back in fear.

Aylia sighs when Kaguya made her accusations. She tucks her hands in her coat's pockets before she looks up at Kaguya with a soft smile on her face, perhaps disarmingly calm.

"I really get tired of that stereotype." she says calmly, just as calmly stepping between where Kaguya and Okuni was, standing in the way of a direct assault from the pink haired oni and the more scared girl on the floor.

"People seem to forget far too quickly my position within the Prefect Group." she says as she looks firmly at Okuni, then Kaguya. A few of the students mumbled among themselves, speculating on what would happen next. Aylia reaches into her coat's pocket and pulls an armband out with the school symbol and the words 'Prefect Group' embroidered on it.

"You are new here, so I will explain. Prefects are students who take it upon themselves to make certain that the school's Code of Conduct is adhered to. The staff here is thin, so people whom are recommended by faculty may apply to the Prefect Group and thus watch for activities such as...this." she says, glancing at Okuni.

"Okuni-san here has a history, and I will bring it up with administration. The security cameras over the two nearby doors and the one down the hall in the ceiling will provide material evidence. I predict that Okuni will be assigned no fewer than twenty days of detention and may have an expulsionary hearing at this point, depending on the mood of the Principal." she says calmly, looking at Kaguya with a slight smile.

"So I ask you once more to step back, okay?" Ayila says with a calm, but stern expression on Kaguya whom was ready to kill it seemed.

Kaguya shakes her head a bit and looked like she was not amused "Not enough, your going to need to do better then that. She needs to be expelled right now not given detention and then some kind of trial. Justice needs to be done swiftly and harshly. To put any fear of god into her or even anyone that carries on these acts. If she is still is around by tomorrow, we are going to have a nice little catching up time" she said looking at Aylia and then at Okuni. The look on the dark haired girl had sent pleasureable shivers up her spine. As she was now experiencing the same level of terror she had inflicted on her. Kaguya's eyes then went to looking into Aylia's eyes. For others it would feel like a mexican stand off waiting to happen. Like a fight would happen at the drop of a yen.

"And then its your head on a pike in the metaphorical sense, mind you. So you better pray that I don't find her if she is not had this hearing. But I will give my word that I will not come after her today. I will also give you one chance to prove that the system does work" she said looking at the blond showing that she was going to try and give the system a chance. Even though she twisted some things due to past events and misjustices that happened to her.

Okuni looked as if she was going to bug out at any second as she might escape Kaguya's wrath. She now though hoped that Aylia would keep her away for right now. As she did not know how to fight off someone like the pink haired terror like Kaguya.

Aylia stayed firm but smiled softly as Kaguya ranted a little. Clearly she was unhappy, but Aylia couldn't just let things go on either. Granted direct confrontation like this was frowned upon, but she had a feeling Kaguya would restrain herself for now. Fortunately for her, Kaguya decided not to use Aylia has a warmup to the beating that Okuni would have had successively.

Aylia's expression turns from warm to icy when Okuni thought thought she might get off.

"I think we need to go to the Administration Office, yes? Come Okuni-kun." Aylia says, waiting for Okuni to get up and slink off with her. Of course if Okuni tried to flee or anything else, the end result would be the same regardless.

As the scene would disperse and the day goes on, Kaguya would have a note sent to her from an aide working at the administration in the middle of class, demanding that Kaguya go to the Principal's office immediately. A few students in her class would whisper speculatively why Kaguya was being pulled out of class suddenly.

The administrator's office would be what you expect: a carpeted area with portraits of previous administrators. A wood bench would sit next to the door that Kaguya would be instructed to sit at until called in, while the secretary tapped at a keyboard doing some kind of paperwork business. Eventually, a harsh call would ring out:

"Hoshigane: Get in here."

When Kaguya would enter, she would find the room to be reflective of a severe and strict administrator. Dr. Senji, the principal, had a very 'by the book no exceptions' reputation that meant few would be given the 'easy way out'. His hardened eyes and expressions sent a chill up many students spines.

"Take a seat." he says gruffly as Kaguya enters, and once she sits down, Dr. Senji would leer forward, his gray hair neatly combed and simply adding to the harsh look.

"As I understand it, you had a bit of an altercation today with another student. I want you to tell me your side of this story."

Kaguya had gotten the note and then sighed and knew it was going to be bad for her parents. So she just went in at the time on the note and sat down at the bench at the office. She had heard the people whispering in the classroom. At this point she did not care what they thought at this point then she hears the principal call her in and just walks in and sits down in the chair. She then just looks at the man and sees that the guy was more then likely not give a damn about anyone accept his postion inside the school. So Kaguya pegged him as a heartless prick. But none the less Kaguya starts to speak her side of things "I was acting in the self defence of another student. If I did not step in things could have been worse for Tsubaki-san. I think that was her name. If it were not for her screaming in terror away your Perfect Aylia would not have shown up. There were words thrown about, and I will be honest with you sir. I have a technical bloodlust feeling when I see my former tormentors or bullies in general. I am to them the boogyman that puts the fear of kami-sama into them" she said and was keeping it an even tone. But on her face she new that yeah she was in trouble.

"As I said to your Perfect, she has a long history on doing this stuff. Swifter justice needed to be done on her to make sure that stuff like that does not happen. I don't do this for fame or reputation. I may do it out of some personal pleasure, I will concede to that. But for the most part I do it so others don't have to go through the same terror I have went through. So....I will be more then likely judged much more harshly then Okuni" she said with honesty since what would be the point of lieing to a man like this. She did not omit any details in her mind. So she was pretty much waiting for Dr.Seiji to make his judgement on her.

Dr. Senji listened as Kaguya recanted her explanation and he thought carefully about his own response. There would be exactly three minutes of silence on his end before the administrator would speak next.

"While the Prefect's.." he says, noting the pronunciation difference in the way Kaguya called it perfect, "report more or less matches up with what you describe, I cannot allow students to take it upon themselves to distribute vigilante justice as they see fit." he says, as he forms an arch with his fingers and then sternly looks at Kaguya.

"While I do understand that bullying is a problem, as it has been for a very long time in any school on the administrative side of things we do every thing we can to stop it. In a school that takes care of several thousand students, a faculty member cannot personally watch every corridor every moment. That is why we have the prefect group for honor students who wish to be proactive in the well being of the student body. Now. If you were to try to be a hero who beats up bullies in the hall, then that means the school could be open to lawsuit causing a loss in funding and programs to require adjustment and cutting. There is also the adverse media impact, parents afraid to send kids to school demanding that the..'Rose Oni' I've heard you called be expelled, which would be a bad situation for you to be in." he says with a pause and a stern glare.

"Your...acquaintance, from the past will be handled accordingly. For legal reasons I cannot say what we are doing right now, but let me assure you that she has not gotten off the hook by any measure. As for you, while you didn't quite get physical, the aggression and the scene you caused violates several policies and is indicative of things that we are obligated to handle. You will have detention for the next three days after school, and future incidents will be handled accordingly and increasingly, is that understood?"

Kaguya let Dr.Seiji finish before she could speak to him "I might as well consider myself a vigilante, as the one school I was in did not have this program. Even then if it did, the students that would run it would have corrupted it anyway. I don't want to go more into detail as it would just turn into a sob story. And it would be something I am sure you would not care for" she said sounding a bit jaded it was not mean spirited but more nihilistic. "At this point I don't care if there out to linch mob me and wanting me out of the school system. So its not really new, sorry if I sound jaded but I am. Most of those twits are just parents that don't see there children to be that evil or not capable of doing such things" she said and looked at the principle. As her face just had a normal look to it and not really expressive. Not to say she was bored but it was serious none the less.

"I just at times don't have the faith that the system works at all. So I am weary if what your saying is true about her. That something is going to be done, But I will not argue with you on what your giving me as consequence of my actions. So are we done or is there anything else you wish to speak about Seiji-san " Kaguya said since she felt that this conversation and meeting was over with in general.

"This is not your previous school and everything complies with regulation, law, and common sense." Seiji says in response to Kaguya's bemoaning of the injustice of her old school. Seiji opens a folder on his desk and fingers through it for several moments before looking up at Kaguya once more.

"Your previous school had it's flaws, it's administrator was infamous for is laziness and I do hope the board revisits his appointment in the future. Moving forward, you have to trust that I and the other members of my staff will handle things by the book. Otherwise if you go vigilante and try to mete out justice in the form of beatings, then expulsion will be the end result." Seiji says, then sitting up.

"You are dismissed for now." he says, allowing Kaguya to leave. '

When Kaguya was released, it was time for a transition of classes again. Kaguya's nemesis was nowhere to be found, but Aylia was walking about again, this time with her armband on. She smiled softly, leaning against a wall as she fingered through a notebook, looking for something.

A few students feared it was a 'tattle book', but anyone who got close enough to look would see it was merely highly complicated math at least on the Calculus level.
