Amarissa follows everyone to the kitchen where Valdis tells them to make like home and then gets hyper about cake. The moon senshi laughs as she goes to open the fridge and begins to pull out the ingredients listed by Sophia. "Red velvet would be awesome. It's basically chocolate but with red food coloring," she informs them, going to the pantry to pull out the dry ingredients. "Actually, I know how to make chocolate cake from scratch. I did it for my mom's birthday last year," she says as she begins to snoop around the kitchen.

She gathers a mixing bowl, a large spoon, a measuring cup and a two flat round pans. "I don't know how to make icing though. I just bought that from the store," she adds, making a sort of apologetic face as she begins to measure out the ingredients and add them to the bowl.

Val sighed at the memory, a chuckle escaping her lips.

"My only regret of that night is not getting pictures...actually AMA your good at drawing and painting, think you could whip one up!"

Valdis shook her head when Sophia asked if they had one of those easy box mixes for cake, if they had it would have been looonnng gone.

"Dad likes to keep sweets away from me, can't imagine why though...He won't even let me have lucky charms because of the marsh mellow incident."

Valdis looked like a kid in a candy store when the decision to make a cake was made, she squealed like a little fan girl and ran about the kitchen. She dug into the pantry and grabbed flour and sugar and dropped them on the counter by Ama.

"Can we make cookies to!"

Valdis was practically jumping from foot to foot now in anticipation for sweets, wonderful sweets. She looked around at each of the girls to see if they were game for making more sweets.

"When things are baking we can probably go raid my closet. Any ideas of what you guys might like?"

Keitha smiled at the fact that everyone liked her idea of raiding the kitchen. She looked over at Kaguya quirking her eyebrow as she called her Kei-Chan. She nodded liking it considering the only other nickname she had been given was 'Lucky Charms' by Valdis. She followed in delight and watched as everyone ran around the kitchen. As the flavor of cakes were thrown around she raised her hand, "Oi I vote fer red velvet, it's me favorite! And Ama, Red Velevet isn't chocolate cake thas red, it's richer and more moist than jus plain chocolate!" She said with a fake offended tone. "As fer the icing, I'm not a hundred percent sure, but I think all ya need is powedered sugar an milk...I think..Don take me word fer it. And awweh Val you din't get to eat my treasure at tha end of tha rainbow? Thas a pity."

She grabbed an egg out of the carton that had been set on the table with the other various ingredients and started tossing and catching it up and down in the air as she contimplated the dress, "Well I personally fancy corset style, an lace...somethin that wold look nice with me boots because I am NOT wearin those god forsaken murderous demons called heels. Is not happenin. Though I honestly don know why I even agreed to go to the dance I don have a date."

Kaguya walks in and sees everyone spreading out and then talk on what kind of sweets to do. For the most part it seemed that mostly everyone was going for a chocolate cake of somekind. It had been awhile since she had one. Although from what Valdis had said though her father kept a lot of sweets out of her reach or locked up. She quickly leaves for a second and comes back with her smartphone. Her fingers start flicking over things "I would like to try something harder, but I doubt that you would have the things I would need. I was thinking of a chocolate risotto but I don't think there would be melting chocolate though. I think chocolate chips could be done in a pinch. But if the mob wants cake I am fine with that. Lets not make it a lie though" she said and then flicked google up.

"Well let me look for a cookie recipe, I'm sure that there is something that we can all agree on" said Kaguya as she started to do a web search on her phone.

Sophia backs away from the ingredients and equipment to let Ama and Keitha set up and not be in the way. “I’m glad someone knows a recipe by memory. Alright, so what should the rest of us do first?”

She laughs a little when Valdis put down sugar asking to make cookies too. The gesture was kind of adorable, and it hits her that she probably didn’t do things like this all too often. “Well, we already have a cake with chocolate… how about those cookies filled with jam? Just for something different.”

She looks at Keitha as she describes her ideal dress, “That sounds pretty adorable. And I’m guessing we’re in the right house for that, seeing some of Siren’s music videos. I haven’t really thought about it much… Besides, Valdis, you said you already had in something in mind for me.”

Amarissa smiles at Valdis's enthusiasm, though part of her was a bit concerned. She didn't say anything but continued to mix together the ingredients. She nodded as Kietha explained more about Red Velvet cake. "That is true, I just wasn't going to get that in depth with it," she laughed a bit.

Kaguya offered to look for a cookie recipe and Ama didn't say anything. Then Sophia cut in and suggested cookies filled with jam, so that they had something different than chocolate. "That sounds wonderful Sophia. Maybe a strawberry jam?" she asked, smiling. Strawberry was her personal favorite, so she was admittedly biased. Finished with mixing the ingredients, she poured the cake batter into the pan and set it on the stove. Amarissa turned the oven on and then placed the spoon, bowl, and measuring cups and spoons into the sink. After the oven beeped to let them know it was hot enough, she placed the cake inside and finished putting away the leftover ingredients.

"I don't care what cake it is, as long as it's sweet!"

Valdis was just ecstatic to make something like this, she did basic cooking and was able to fallow instructions as well any other person. But she really had never had the opportunity to bake, or bake with someone for that matter. Her mother had died at a young age, and living with her father they had hired cooks to do most meals. Even though as she grew older Valdis had taken a curiosity to home ec to at least learn to provide for herself...actually the first thing that made her even think about learning how to cook was after Rosa had made something for her. She had gotten food poisoning from that one...it was at that point Valdis swore to learn how to at least make edible food. So as silly as it was, Val did find the prospect of being able to bake as a group an exciting one.

When Kietha voiced her disappointment about the treasure at the end of the rainbow ,a large mischievous grin took up the entirety of Valdis face.

"I found a different use for the treasure; instead of eating any of the marshmallows I saved them up. Daddy went on a business trip and left me here alone for a week...so I broke into his office and licked each marshmallow and covered his entire office with them. It was so worth the grounding and the fact I had to clean it all up. But his office was smelt like sugar for months....it was awesome. Especially the look of shame that crossed his face when the high profiles asked what the heck the smell was."

Valdis let out a happy sigh; that was defiantly one of her all time favorite pranks. She turned to Kaguya when she doubted they would have the ingredients.

"Kaguya, you're in a world class kitchen that most chefs dream of, our pantry is probably more stocked then most restaurants. I would be shocked if we were lacking in any ingredient."

When Sophia suggested jam filled cookies, Val disappeared into the pantry once more coming back with multiple jars of jam. She had heard Ama's suggestion and made sure to grab strawberry, along with a few others.

"I have strawberry, raspberry, apple, peach, and blueberry jams! We can make some with all of them! OHHHH can we make them into funny shapes like bats, skulls, and gravestones?"

She said that last part a little too gleefully. When it came to talking about dresses Val thought about what she had in her closet.

"My style tends to favor the type Kietha is asking for, so I defiantly have something for you. But I also have some tamer dresses that will most likely suit every ones tastes here. But what does everyone have in mind? Length, cut, ect. If something doesn't fit I can alter it for any one as well."

Kaguya shrugs after Valdis's little quip to her and then goes into the pantry and looks around until she finds something and then starts laughing. "AHAHHAHAHAHAHAHAHAH...I FOUND THE CHOCOLATE" she declared and was laughing with mischief written all over her face. She then goes into the fridge and looks around in there and pulls out some puff pasetry and then gets some other things. Sets them near a counter near the stove counter top and then turns on the oven that was not in use and preheats it for something. "I have something in mind for what I want to wear. So I don't have to worry about what I am going to wear. So what are we doing after the dance though" she said as the pink haired girl was going through the cabinates for a few pots and got them out. Then Kaguya pulls something up on her phone and starts getting a few more things she was going to do.


"Only you would think of doing those kinds of shapes" said Kaguya as she rolled her eyes a bit. "Anyway.....out of the knights we have....are they going to show up tomorrow" she asked the group since she was now mixing some wet ingredance of sugar and eggs with a whisk.

Sophia works relatively quickly on the cookies. She creams the butter, sugar, and eggs together before adding flour and mixing it together. She does her best to make cookies of each shape. The bats look enough like bats. The skulls are identifiable due to two jelly filled eyes. The gravestones…She can’t quite make them look like gravestones. When the jelly is placed on them, they may look more like dismembered thumbs than anything else. “Yeah, that’s the best I’ve got,” she says shaking her head.

Once every cookie has jam and is on the tray, she looks over at the oven to see the time and temperature. “We can probably throw the cookies in the oven with the cake in the last ten minutes.”

Turning her attention to Kaguya who had not redirected the conversation to boys, “I think all of them are going. Are you asking that question with someone in mind?”
