In the dremas of Keitha O'Malley on the night of August 20th, she would find herself with a panoramic view of an elegant castle floating over an alien world. The ground below the floating structure was a volcanic planetoid, but the sky held the true prize: any student of sixth grade science would recognize it as the massive world of Jupiter, complete with the characteristic 'red spot' storm in the cloudy layers.

The structure that Keitha's projected was a magnificent palace of green stone that shimmered like jade in the distant sunlight with trees lined throughout the grounds. Roots would grow into the palace at certain points, weaving seamlessly into the building. The palace would rise several hundred feet high and thematically could be compared to a giant tower-like tree than a traditional medieval style of castle. The platform that the entire structure rested on was brilliant black and green marble-like tile, with a fountain of a senshi made of green stone with her hair tied prominently in a large poofy ponytail, arcing lightning between her hands from some sort of magical aesthetic.

The tower would be warm and inviting to Keitha, with the tall stairway to the main hall readily accessible to her. Visages of lightning and wood would be ceremoniously displayed in the statues and mosaics along the way. Inside, a magnificent crystal chandelier of Jade color would hang overhead, while spiral staircases go up the lenght of the tower, breaking into various hallways.

On the ground floor, there would be a path leading into a throne room which would be a large, empty room with a Jupiter Emblem in gold over a throne chair. Going up the stairs there would be a number of rooms locked off, with an open door on the third floor and eighth floor...leaving Keitha to explore as she saw fit.

Meanwhile, it would feel as if there was a presence watching her the entire time.

Keitha's head had just hit the pillow to go to sleep when she started to dream. At first she could not comprehend where she was a until she looked up and saw that the sky above her was like marble with tones of red white and brown with a red storm howling in one spot in the distance. She then quickly realized that she was on Jupiter, well floating, either was she was still below the atmosphere rather than a view above.

Keitha caught sight of the castle and gasped. It was in an essence beautiful, the most beautiful structure Keitha could ever remember laying her eyes upon. So she naturally guided herself towards the jade green structure passing the fountain and momentarily wondering who it was and who she might have been. She tried looked around her to see all mosaics and the chandelier again wondering, but now to why she was here, what had brought her here? Being here made her feel strange, but at the same time not quite so.

She couldn't help but feel as if someone was watching her, but every time she checked to see if someone was there, there wasn't anybody but her there. She sighed and followed the path that led to the throne room, thinking if she was going to explore it would be best to start from the bottom an go up.

The throne room was a wide, fan shaped area from the entrance of the room. A chandelier of green stone hung over the center of the room with a glass globe of lightning in the middle of it. The globe seemed to light up in perpetuity which was likely a byproduct of magic. Along the sides of the 'fan' five suits of armor each stood decoratively, each holding a lightning shaped blade. At the widest part of the fan, opposite of the entry to the room, a single and elegant chair was placed on a raised platform. The symbol of Jupiter was glowing above the seat, etched into the green stone wall.

Trees would be spaced out, growing through the floor through intended design, giving a sense of fresh air and ambiance to the room. The floor was an earth tone alternation of jade and earthly colors. As Keitha began to wander through the room, she would hear a voice softly from above.

"Welcome back, Princess Jupiter."

At this point, a green bubble of energy would appear in the center of the room as a pixie sized version of a senshi appeared in front of her. The coloration was similar to Keitha's, but the figure was initially a brown haired girl with a pony tail and a strong expression.

"One moment please. Updating to reflect the new Princess." she says, as the energy shimmered, while the appearance of the senshi pixie shifted to look like a miniaturized version of Keitha in her own senshi form. Once the new appearance was set, Keitha would feel the same energy within her that she possessed when she was in her senshi state.

"I am the Power Guardian of Io Castle. I welcome you back after your long absence Princess Jupiter." she says, bowing slightly with a curtsey, grasping her skirt as she knelt in her floating bubble. "I will be more than happy to answer any questions and support you during your stay here."

Keitha walked into the throne room and gasped completely awestruck with beauty of the beauty of it. She walked around the room admiring everything from the chandelier to the suits of armor. She paused and starred up at the throne itself. She wondered momentarily who was meant to sit in the elegant seat. She sighed walking past it and on to look up at the trees growing through the floor. She smiled loving how they seemed so carefully placed, but still being a wonderful part of the planet.

She had been wondering if this castle existed in the real world and was having a suspicion that it was when she heard a voice. She swirled around startled staring at the green ball of energy and the pixie sized brunette in a similar Sailor outfit to hers. She then watched as the pixie thing transformed into a miniature her. Her face contorted into a highly perplexed expression as she spoke feeling her Senshi power, but looking down and seeing she was still in her pajamas. "Oi why are ya callin me Princess? I thought I was jus a Sailor Scout. Oh an jus out o curiosity, why am I here exactly? Where is here? I know we are on Jupiter, but this castle. Io Castle ya said?" She breathed in a gasp of air after asking her string of questions. She really wanted to feel strange about talking to a six inch version of herself, but she couldn't bring herself to. She had seen stranger in the past week and a half.

"A sailor senshi...or scout if you prefer...is also the Princess of their planet. I understand that the times have been less than convenient and you may not have had the training and education on the subject that the previous Lady Jupiter may have had. As for why you are here, I have sensed that you have many questions on your destiny as a guardian of the Solar System and I have called you to this place while you were sleeping to aid you." the sprite-like entity states, patiently waiting a moment for Keitha to gather herself.

"Yes, this is Io Castle. It is a magical structure orbiting your host planet, Jupiter. It is also the source of your power as a sailor senshi, and your sanctuary. Also, Io Castle will manage your energy levels as your soul adapts to it's Planetary Energy, so you don't get overwhelmed or try to draw in dangerous amounts of power that could damage you or worse." she says, calmly hovering near Keitha.

"I am a Power Guardian, the Caretaker of Io Castle. Once upon a time, Lady Jupiter had a full cadre of servants to aid in the operations of the castle, which also manages the elements of thunder, lightning, wood, and the human heart aspects of Inspiration and Apathy." she says, bowing slightly to Keitha, before righting herself with a small smile.

"You recently awakened to a new ability, which empowers your body with Jupiter's energy to inspire those around you, increase their speed and strength modestly, and charges your own body with electrical power, yes? You have the honor of naming such new abilities that you may call them at will when in battle. I believe that there is something I can get for you here which will also aid you as well, but I have to locate it which may take some time. I am scanning the castle now." she says. Her eyes would glow green, and she would give the impression that she were perhaps like a computer AI scanning the area.

"Please ask me anything, and I shall provide what answers I can."

As Keitha was calmly told she was a Princess of a planet, not just any planet, but Jupiter, the planet with largest circumference in the Earth's solar system. Not that the size of the planet really mattered, but still..She was the Princess of A PLANET! She nodded exhaling through her nose, as she let the information of how things worked sink in. She rubbed her temples, "And here I thought that bein Sailor Jupiter only meant that I would vanquish evil an run around in a green skirt. I hadn realized how much depth went inta all of it."

As she said this she sat down at the base of the tree she was standing by, this was to much information to take in standing up, it was then that she noticed that she had actually touched her feet to the floor. "So Miss. Power Guardian what is yer name? I feel weird talkin ta ya havin you know my name an me not know yers. An this chargin me body with electrical power, you're talkin about wha I did at the Scorpio battle? I get ta name that power?" She asked as a name popped into her head. "How about Stamina Recharge?" She smiled, "Kinda basic, but I like it, what do ya think?"

Keitha tilted her head to the side curiously "Wha exactly are ya scanning the castle fer las? and believe me I ave loads o' questions." She chuckled, "Obviously how did this all get here an why? Why do Senshi like me and our power come from? Why was I chosen fer this power? How long will I ave it? Will it one day fade away?" She asked sighing.

"Oh yes...the Princess of Jupiter plays an important role in the solar system, along with the other planetary Princesses. They are the crown jewel of their planet, chosen to embody the power, beauty, and calling associated with it." the energy based entity says calmly. "However, you need not worry yourself about any Princess Duties at this time. Your role as a senshi is enough, and I am able to maintain the base functions of Io Castle until such a time you may serve as an active Princess."

As she was asked for name, the guardian shakes her head.

"No name was assigned to this entity...I manifested as a will of Jupiter to maintain the basic functions of the palace during the dark time when the Jupiter Senshi was inactive, dormant in the soul of it's wielder."

She blankly looked at Keitha, almost as if she had expected something a little more elaborate, but the expression is quickly replaced with a shy smile.

"The name is adequate if you wish it so. It has to be a familiar way to call it at need." she says tilting her head when asked for what she was scanning.

"I have analyzed your style and find that you are most comfortable in battle with a sword. There should be at least one suitable weapon somewhere which may improve your combat ability." she says. Her search is interrupted when Keitha asked several rather good questions.

"When the first Lady Jupiter was born, the queen of the Silver Era at the apex of the Moon Kingdom bestowed the palace upon the infant whom was destined to be the Jupiter Senshi. Why you in particular are the successor is not known to me, but your power comes from the spirit of your planet which is channeled through the palace and through your henshin item into your being allowing you to change into your active 'Senshi Form'. You shall have the power for as long as you should live unless you betray the interests of the Solar System and the nature of 'good' that Jupiter supports."

Keitha nodded, "That makes since," She gave a small smile, "It actually makes me feel important." Her smile turned into a frowned as she learned that the entity had no name, "Well mate thas a pity, I feel strange havin to keep callin ya lass, but I guess it'll do eh?"

She nodded, "Well it's not like me ta put a fancy name ta things. I like short sweet and to tha point with things like that, it keeps me from having to try and remember it so hard ya know?"

Keitha couldn't but nod again as the entity, told her what she was scanning for and smiled, "Yes I fancy blades, I must be honest I'm a little excited now, it's not everyday I'm told that I may be gttin something new, or ya know new ta me."

Keitha then fell silent as she listened to the miniature her answer all of her questions. It would be an understatement to say that she was blown away by this information. "Woooow, again I never even dreamed that what I an tha others are a part of had so much history. It's all quite fascinatin ta learn." Her brow furrowed as she thought of the entities last statement, she couldn't even fathom such a thing possible. "Ya don have ta worry about that lass, I wouldn ever dream of betrayin Jupiter or tha other Senshi's. They're tha closest friends I've eva had. Plus wha the Covenant is doin is evil and unjust, not to mention they stole me family." She paused, "I ave one more question and that'll be all I can think of fer now...Has anyone ever betrayed Jupiter? Or if not Jupiter tha other planets?" She asked quizzically.

"If that is your wish, Princess Jupiter." the sprite says calmly with regards to the name. The sprite listens as Keith expresses her excitement for the prospect of getting a blade and then she stood in astonishment about the role she had and the statements of loyalties to her friends and comrades. This Jupiter reminded her of the previous, a boisterous, pure heart that would strive to protect others.

When Keitha asked about a betrayal in the past, the sprite frowned slightly.

"In a time long before your modern history, there was an era when magic was common and the world was one of near utopia. The Prince of the Earth had four personal guardians and Generals whom coincidentally took an interest in the senshi who protected Princess Serenity. The one named Nephrite formed an attraction and began to court Lady Juptiter. Over time however, Nephrite's heart darkened and when the time came that a jealous sorceress provoked a war between the Moon Kingdom and the Earth Kingdom, Nephrite was loyal to the Earth while Jupiter was loyal to the Moon. In a twisted turn of events, Nephrite and Jupiter killed each other in the battle as Jupiter was trying to buy time for Princess Serenity to escape and Nephrite was ordered to press the attack." the sprite says, pausing to allow Keitha to take it in and then follow up with questions or statements afterward.

Keitha listened intently as the little sprite told more of the planet's history to her. She nodded whistling softly. "Oi, ya don' think abou it but not jus this place but the whole time line of Senshi doesn' ave a very bright past. Where there not any time o' peace? everythin jus seems so dark like nothin has eva been bright. It's so complicated too..I understand it but at the same time I can't wrap my mind around it, how someone could betray anotha, someone they are supposed ta be mates with, that they trust them and them themselves are trusted, and ta throw it all away ova jealosy or pride." She frowned sighing.

Keitha looked back at the sprite, "Is there anythin else ya need to tell me mate? I've asked everythin I can think of. Is there anythin I need to do?" She asked placing one hand on her hip running her hand through her hair. She had gotten exhausted due to all of the information as it sunk in, and she was in a dream while she was sleeping. That fact alone made her realize the the following day would be hell.

"The time before the war was a time of peace and prosperity, a golden age the likes of which humanity had yet to achieve again from what I've observed." the guardian says with a slight smile. "What caused Nephrite to betray her was mental manipulation. He was put under the impression that the king was going to cause the Earth's destruction and acted to prevent that as his duty to the Earth called. It is a sad and complete manipulation, for none loved the wild as much as he, and to imagine it destroyed brought him to acts that he never would have thought himself able to do."

"You only have to come to the armory to collect your weapon, at which point it will be installed into your planetary energy and able to be drawn on command in the future." the power guardian says as she hovers away out of the throne room and leading up the stairwell.

"You will be able to use the relic you get here to come to this place at will as well in the physical world. You are the master of this castle after all." she says with a smile as she ascended the high stairs with her floating bubble leaving Keitha to huff it.

At the mid-way point, the doorway to the armory would be opened and inside wer elegant Jade colored suits of armor made of a wood that was harder than steel. Weapons were generally lightning or wood themed, and at the end of the room was a jade treasure chest which had the insignia of Jupiter on it. When Keith put her hands on it, as the power guardian strongly suggested her to do, she would see an elegant, silver fencing rapier inside. Unlike the foils Keitha was used to, this was a weapon made for true combat as the sharp point had. Electricity would run through the weapon, but be harmless to the senshi's hand. A small green jewel in the hand guard would glow faintly with the symbol of Jupiter within.

Picking up the weapon it would give Keitha the energy of a fresh day, and be light as a feather. But the sword if it struck anything would strike with the force of twenty hammers.

Keitha nodded silently as she listened to the last bit of the tale from the sprite. She followed her out of the throne room saying, "I hope there will be peace again one day. I know it wont be any time soon, but one day I hope there won't be anymore war, or wrongful death." She sighed hoping that her hope wasn't just some pipe dream. "Thank ye fer yer help littl one. Ye been a big help with openin me eyes, and helpin me understand wha this all is and means. I'll use the relic and the new weapon wisely."

When the door to the armory opened, Keitha gasped in astonishment. This place kept surprising her without fail. The armor, the weapons, were all magnificent, and oddly reminded her of her home in Ireland. Walking by a suit of armor she couldn't resist the urge to reach out and trace the lines of a breast plate made out of wood. She was awestruck, how could something be so durable and so strong, when it was simply made out of wood.

When they reached the jade chest, Keitha knelt and placed her hand upon the lid. As if her touch was the key, the chest made a pop and click noise and opened. Inside lade the most awesome foil Keitha had ever seen. She gingerly wrapped her hand around the hilt and lifted it out of the chest. She held the blade out in front of her examining it, marveling how it shined in the light. She swung the blade, listening to the sound of metal in air. She tested the balance, she felt it's power through her hand, it was literally like an extension of her arm. She smiled truly satisfied, "This blade'll do beautifully. I've never handled such a fine weapon."
