“So… When do you want to go to Himuro Mansion once again?” Sophia asks Kail with a nervous smile. This could go really well, but there was also the possibility of things going really poorly. “Valdis, do you want to tell him that you invited two of superpowered bunch to dinner? It might be better than showing up unannounced.”

She looks down as Kail gets upset with Kishin. “Don’t be too mad at the guy… I doubt he went there with the intention of starting trouble. I’ll be honest; I don’t really know exactly what happened other than there was some sort of fight, but Kishin isn’t the type to go looking for those.”

Sophia frowns a little when it seems like he might be writing out of her own plan, “You know, I do know how to talk to military officers. I do live in a house with two of them, and got a brother overseas on the Southern front. Yes, they want to help people. And they value honesty and respect quite a bit. So just be upfront and polite. And keep in mind who you are talking to.”

“And neither President will probably meet us in a location of our choosing. It’s all going to be done on their terms because who would jeopardize themselves like that? They’ll set the time and place after our initial invitation. And hopefully, it will be seen as a sign of good faith.”

"When to meet at that place.....Well if you want to get things rolling on your plan then soon. Before something bad happens that could change our image from heros to villians. With Kishin...what pisses me off about him. He thinks that he is some kind of invincible hero of justice. That can not be killed by any means. Also sorry...I did not mean to say things I should not have said. I guess I let my mind speak for its self" Kail said as he apologized to Sophia and rubbed the back of his head several times. He did not mean to put down the girl in front of him. But with all of the fiction that has put the USA in some bad light. So his imagenation did get to him.

"I would like to talk to this Kurio person though. We need someone in the JSDF to give us some kind of info on whats going on with them. But none the less whatever you have planned Sophia I will try and go along with it" the red head said and went to finish his lunch.

Val gave him a lopsided smile; that would go over well....well her father was at his most agreeable when caught off guard. So whether Sophia meant it as a joke or not it was a plausible plan.

"Come over tonight; because that's exactly what we'll do. He already knows I'm involved with you guys as Nyx. Also Kail have I told you how much I like that name."

Valdis shrugged when Sophia didn't know the details.

"Kurio's personality tends to rub people the wrong way; and Kinshin has his moments of agitation. I can see a fight breaking out with those two easily. Also Kail I do not believe Kinshin truly thinks that; I think he's the all or nothing type. While his way isn't the most self preservation type he is doing all that he can to help. His motivation is in the right place at least...it just needs to be redirected"

She paused for a few moments as what she just said digested itself with her....her face blanked and she looked over at Sophia with a frown.

"Your corrupting my thought process..."

She rubbed her nose, somewhere Granny would be celebrating.

Tonight… that was a lot sooner than Sophia expected. “Alright. I guess we’re doing this. Time for us to be the most unwelcome dinner guests ever, I suppose. I rather like have a mundane identity, so I’ll go in outfit.” She smiles at Kail, “Thanks for agreeing to do this with me. This would be so much more nerve-wracking if I had to go alone.”

As Kail apologizes, she holds up a hand, “Don’t worry about it.” It wasn’t a big deal in her opinion.

Sophia grins as Valdis defends Kousuke and claims her to have corrupted her thought process. “Come on, but shouldn’t we think the best of our teammates? We all have our flaws, and even with his, Kishin is a really good guy. Maybe a little rash, but I think he cares about everyone.”

“And there’s nothing wrong with have a positive outlook on people.”

She leans back in her chair, “It would be nice to have someone talk to Kurio in person, but I say, let’s take down another great threat before doing so. He’ll have had some more time to get over the thing with Kishin. And I think he’ll be a bit more open to a meeting after that. However, if you feel comfortable talking to him right now, I won’t stop you…”
