Minatoku
Juuban is also the home of the prestigious Juuban University of Higher Learning. Its only a hop skip and a jump from the high school, however the campus does remain separate. The campus also offers student housing. |

Residential district predominantly populated by middle class families. Homes are modest size and the city maintains this area reasonably well. Typical day to day shops are within walking distance and moderately priced apartments and rentals are available for new residents.

Juuban High School: Public Schooling for grades tenth through twelfth, students prepare for their post public school ambitions. A large six building campus provides sufficient infrastructure for the 1,900 student body. |

Local commercial area for the Juuban district, numerous local shops and stores provide resources and commodities to the Juuban community. Various entertainment facilities are in this area such as the Crown Game Arcade. At the edge of the district, the Tokyo Tower stands just under 1100 feet tall, providing a draw for visitors and tourists. |

Chiyodaku
The well guarded palace where the Emperor and family reside. Traditionally the Palace is open to the public only on New Years and the Emperor's Birthday. |

This winter, many of the beautiful flora and plant life are transplanted to greenhouses, leaving the gardens bare, but still lovely as the snow covers the structures and trees. Many a thinker and ponderer, and even the occasional couple find their way here to spend time.
Now the gardens are publicly accessible during day hours and on high ranking officials can be seen admiring the handiwork of the gardens. |

A district known for being the place to get cheap electronic goods that tends to attract tourist attention Rumor has it that an extensive black market network is in operation here. On occasion, disturbances spring up in the area which are quickly covered up by authorities. |

Chuoku
A shopping and commercial district for the rich, this is where the absolute best of the best can be found and obtained for a price. Some of the most powerful corporations host their headquarters here and the wealthy leaders of those corporations live on the coast of the Tokyo Bay in a small community. |

The main port of Tokyo resides here where ships from all over the world go about day in and day out. Small artificial islands dot the bay, and smaller docks for private vessels and fishing can be accessed. Sarushima island is located in the bay, a popular destination for mischievous teenagers and others. |

The primary base for all things military related, the military of Japan has grown considerably since the appearance of the Obelisks. At the north end of Chuoku, the Navy operates out of a large military port connected to the army complex a little farther inland. |

Shinjuku
Located in south Shinjuku, Shinjuku Memorial Hospital is one of the largest and most well equipped hospitals in Japan. They offer both emergency, and specialized care and are one of the largest employers in Japan. The Shinjuko Memorial Hospital has many branches both in the hospital building and in other parts of Japan. They also sport an extensive lab leading in medical research; usually funded by both government and outside grants. |

The largest entertainment district in Tokyo, this is where the sports arenas and theatrical stages are kept. Another large commercial district sprawls out from here with corporations unable to afford Ginza base their operations. |

The world's largest department store is built just North of Shinjuku. An art museum and numerous restaurants are built within Seibu. A popular place to seek out retail employment. |

Taitoku
A district where the spiritual temples of tradition reside. The elderly prefer to live in this district, feeling that it helps them be close to the loved ones that have already passed and allow an ease of passage into the next world. Closer to the edge of the district, there is a large graveyard where those whom have passed into the next world are buried. The loved ones still in the living can be seen paying homage to those who came before them in their families. |

A prominent shrine that has past through the Hino family for generations. Head Preistess Rei Hino, a gifted priestess said to have profound spiritual prowess, divination, and fortune telling abilities keeps the tradition her grandfather once upheld operating the shrine and providing spiritual guidance to those whom would offer prayer and offering to the spirits. It is said that Priestess Hino is seeking out new mikos to train to help her around the shrine. |

A serene part of the Taitoku district where a large park where the Cherry Blossoms are viewed every spring resides. Annually there is a festival held in honor of the blossoms. |
|

Shibuyaku
A very artistic district, this is where many high fashion outlets and exotic five-star restaurants operate. Shibuya University is located here, which is one of the biggest and most prominent art and liberal arts based colleges of Japan today. Many young adults whom can afford to reside here in apartments taking part in the local scene. |
|
|
Outskirts and Beyond
The covenant has its own little realm, much of the land is dried up and decayed. Many ruins dot the vast barren landscape; along with the fact there is a dark purple and red hue that seems to loom over the place. An inverted view of the citadel and obelisks can also be viewed from this realm. But a word of caution those who venture here are likely not to venture unnoticed very long. |
