On the weather channel, a rather drab and boring man in glasses with graying hair sits, as a map of the Japan region was flashed on screen behind him.
"Good Morning Japan....the weattheerrr for the week is...snowing, with some more snow, and with a high chance of snow later on in the week. There is a 40% chance of the seventh being a sunny day..." he states, boredly with hints of sarcasm evident in his voice.
