As the monster prepared to leap at him Kousuke planted his feat and prepared to take a final stand, but as he did Valdis vaulted onto the creature and began flailing at it like a Koala during an earthquake. As he prepared to take the opportunity to join this suicidal frey an arrow of light struck the creature causing it to let out a scream of pain and causing him to hit the deck.

As he rose to his feet his attention was drawn to a girl with Silver hair in a white leotard. This sight initially caused him to blink in confusion, even with everything that was going on, but as she engaged the monster in battle he felt a mysterious comradery with the girl. "This must be what they mean by you never know someone so well as when you face death with them." And for a mysterious moment Kousuke found that his fear and worry had been drown away.

He had held on and his hope had been rewarded with a new ally and it was no time to be sitting idly by as a spectator. However, as he was about to run into the battle he was statled by yet another unforseen event. The cat that Ama had run off with backflipped next to him and TALKED to him. Then a magic orb appeared in his hands and he had only one thing to say. "You've got to be joking me." he declared, too amused by fate, or whatever guiding force had done this to worry about his surprise or fear.

"Listen Kitty, at this point I'd believe you if you told me an ancient governing race use to live on the moon." He said jokingly as he grasped the power and gave it form. A dark brown armband appeared on his arm and he raised it in front of himself and said "Earth Knight Power!"

After his shout his clothing surprisingly didn't change much, his hoodie became brown with the hood pulled up so it cast a shadow over his face and his pants turned a dark forest green. A black grip glove appeared on each hand and a mask of gold covered the top half of his face. "Well I'll be damned." Kousuke said as his attention refocused on the creature.

He felt strength flowing through him, as if the earth itself was augmenting his physical stength. A term came to mind "Earthen Might." He spoke softly and then he darted towards the monster with speed far beyond normal human limits, as it retreats into the ground he plunges his hand in after it, and with a feat of genuinely inhuman strength yanks it out of the ground and throws it into the air. "Hey! Fire another arrow!" He shouts.

Amarissa winced and covered her eyes as Valdis jumped on the back of the creature just before her arrow struck. Ouch. That is gonna hurt...she thought. As the light faded, she carefully peeked around her fingers. Valdis was on the ground and the creature was just preparing to disappear. Then her mouth dropped open as a mysterious, hooded figure came out of no where and grabbed the thing, yanking it up and out of the ground.

The speed and strength he/she demonstrated was inhuman, and a smile broke across Amarissa's face, seeing that it was obviously on their side here. Then the hooded figure shouted at her, and surprise lit her features. He sounded just like Kousuke and, seeing as he wanted her to shoot another arrow, had to have been around for the first, further confirming her new suspicion.

There wasn't time for all this speculation right now though and nodding to him with a sort of determined camaraderie, Amarissa pulled and notched another arrow. Aiming more carefully this time, she shouted "You and Valdis, get out of the way," and then let loose with "Moonlight Silver Arrow!". She then lowered her bow to watch it fly towards the youma, being a safe enough distance back to not have to cover her eyes.

’AHHHHH!’

White, and hot searing pain was all she experienced. She felt herself hitting the ground and the searing pain of burns…and burning.

”MY BUTT!!! IT BURNING STOP DROP AND ROOOOOoollllll”

Valdis proceeded to barrel roll around on the ground, until finally coming to a stop, more steam coming from her wounds as they began to slowly heal themselves. Valdis looked up, she heard voices…something about champion of the earth…earth power….She blinked….and blinked again….She saw nothing it was blank sheet of white….Her fist tighten as a wave of fear struck her….was she bind? Was it permanent??? She took several deep breaths trying to calm herself. She knew they were still fighting and could do nothing about it…not now. Best thing she could do now was find a way to get away. Slowly but surely she began to belly crawl away from the noise. Eventually forcing herself to her feet….blindly walking away.

As the second arrow launches at the prone Youma, it lands firmly in her chest, as the cleansing light this time consumes the creature from inside out, causing the dryad creature to disintegrate, fading into a pile of ash, blowing away in the wind leaving an eerie quiet on the battlefield.

Luna exhaled a sigh of relief that the enemy was defeated by the senshi and the...male senshi...or is it knight? This was an entirely new dilemma for the mau cat to figure out. But the strength of that youma...if this was a weak one, there was still much to be done to prepare for the bigger battles ahead. Yet even in this bizzare and different world than the mau cat was used to, there was hope that there would be a better tomorrow.

She looks at the senshi and knight with a small, feline smile. The questions would come soon she was sure, but for now...

*DEE DOO DEE DOO DEE DOO DEE DOOOOOOOOOOOOO*

Sirens.

"We should leave....[/color] Luna says, waiting to see if the two would go in a direction, and following them after.

Watching the moon girl render the creature harmless Kousuke looks at her in awe, it’s true he had told her to fire the arrow, but it was still pretty amazing. Far more impressive that what he had done, which was no small feat itself. However, the sounds of the sirens snapped him back into focus and Kousuke looks around locating Valdis.

“We’ve got no time for this.” He grumbles, as if irritated that his dream was interrupted, so he runs over to Valdis and picks her up easily. As he does this she shoots over to the senshi and scoops her up as well, trusting that the cat would be able to either find them again, or grab hold.

“Hang on tight you two, I imagine none of us want a run in with the police under these circumstances.” He says and then dashes into the forest, weaving between trees in with supernatural precision and speed.

Once they are a good distance away he sets the girls down and turns towards them. “You seem like you’ve had a rough time,” he says as he bends down to look at Valdis. “Well, maybe you weren’t hurt as bad as it looked, you seem mostly fine now.”

“What was that thing?” He asks the girl in the unitard, not bothering to specify what he was talking about, it was obviousl

Amarissa watched in surprised satisfaction as her arrow hit and finally destroyed the creature. She breathed a sigh of relief and started walking closer to Valdis and and mysterious, familiar sounding guy. Then she did another double take as the cat spoke. I should probably get used to that, as odd as it is. I get the feeling this is only the beginning of a new normal, Amarissa thought to herself.

Lost in her thoughts, she didn't notice the man move closer until he picked her up, jolting her out of her reverie. "Hey!" she protested, but then shrugged and reached to get a firmer hold so she wouldn't fall. The cat had a point, and this was faster as the guy seemed to run away with an inhuman speed. After a bit, he finally set them down and she briefly brushed off her dress and then looked at her bow. She wasn't quite sure how to get rid of it, as it had appeared somewhat out of nowhere, and she settled for laying it gently on the ground for now.

Turning her attention back to the guy in the hoodie and Valdis, she shrugged. "How am I supposed to know? This is all completely new to me. One minute I'm walking home from school and minding my own business, then all hell breaks loose and this cat starts talking and..." Amarissa paused. "Hey where is that cat? She has some 'splainin to do." She looked around as if expecting it to have followed them, thinking that would be too easy but terribly convenient.

Shaking her head and sighing, she turned to give this guy the once over. Actually, taking time to look at his outfit, which was pretty neat. "So, who are you anyway? What are you? and where did you come from?" she asks, hands around her middle as she wished for a coat, and wondered what happened to her clothes and how to undo this transformation or whatever it was.

Trying not to panic at the thought that it might be permanent, she briefly looked Valdis over. "Sorry about that arrow Valdis. You were kinda in the wrong spot at the wrong time, and I had already let it go by the time you jumped in the way, " she apologized, as she looked around again,

To be suddenly swept off of ones feet, and not to see where you were moving to…it was very disorienting. A sensation which made her cling tight to whomever was carrying her, but it was obvious by her expression this bugged her out. Finally she was put down, she blinked a few times…shadows were at least visible so she knew at least where the two figures where. The male was right, where there were bad burns were now just red skin, no worse than a sun burn.

Valdis wrapped her arms around herself, shivering not just from the cold but the gravity of the situation….

”That thing, it was something associated with the covenant…. There not suppose to be in Japan…my homeland was destroyed but things like that…that youma you just shot down was one that would have wiped out most military personnel… wait…did you say the cat talked… that little fur ball with the bald spot on its head? Also how do you know my name….”

"Meow...meow..."[/color] Luna protests in Valdis' direction, hoping that acting like a cat would cause her to eventually run off and in the best case scenario wonder if this was a dream. Sailor Moon and the Earth Knight performed wonderfully, and she had much to discuss with the two of them, but as far as Luna was concerned, Valdis was endangering herself by getting involved.

After hearing the moon girl admit she had no idea what was going on Kousuke sighed. It looks like neither of us have a clue about this situation. When asked about who he was he opened his mouth to begin answering Kousuke, but then thought better of it.

"You can call me Kishin." He says picking the raging deities names which seemed to fit with his newly enhanced physical abilities. Besides if he was the knight of this world, he might as well use a name from one of it's cultures. "I came here because I saw a monster rampaging and causing problems so I decided to lend a hand in dealing with it. Sorry if that was unnecessary." Kishin replies and then he thinks about the final question and says "I'm from Earth."

"Anyway I think we've got some other stuff to worry about. It looks like Valdis is doing better so there's no need to stick around." He says as he reaches down and picks up the cat. However, before he walks off he says "I knew you because you're famous, keep singing, you're good. Thanks for looking after my cat." he says and then walks slowly off into the woods. They weren't far from the exit so once Valdis could see a bit better she'd be able to get out easily, and he walks slowly enough that Ama can catch up if she wants to.

Amarissa gave Kishin a strange look, but figured she'd get the true story later away from Valdis. Realizing her own mistake, she ignored the question about the cat. "I saw your face on Tokyo square," Amarissa shrugged as she answered simply. "I need to go too, take care and sorry bout that arrow," she said.

She started walking off in a different direction, waiting til she was sure Valdis couldn't see her anymore, before turning and angling to follow the knight. "Hey wait up! I have some questions for that cat," she said from a few feet behind him. She wrapped her arms around herself, shivering in the winter chill. "Man, this outfit is impractical. I miss my jeans and coat."

Well that was uninformative….she watched as the shadows walked away from her……guess it was her turn to aimlessly walk away. She stood up listening to her surroundings; she heard cars off in the distance…Time to blindly wonder into the woods…with that Valdis walked away blindly.

Kishin turns back to Ama as she runs over to him and looks at her with a blank expression on his face. “Do you need something from me?” He asks in a completely neutral voice. As she gets to him he turns around completely still holding the cat, but now cradled in one of his arms.

“I’m sorry to interrupt your battle. I was in the area and it looked like you needed a hand.” He apologizes with a kind smile as he looks down at the cat he was carrying. “I suppose I can let you have a chat with the kitty.” He says putting it down and taking a seat on a nearby rock. As he does he takes the hoody off revealing a tight fitting black long sleeved undershirt.

“Here wear this so you don’t freeze.” He says passing the hoody over to her.

Amarissa took the hoodie, shrugging into it and zipping it up. "Thank you," she said, smiling at the added warmth. "You didn't interrupt anything. I was glad for the help, especially since I'm new at this and didn't really know what I was doing." At that she turned to give the cat an accusatory glare, still standing and with her arms crossed over her middle, more for warmth than anything.

"Now that we're not fighting for our lives, maybe you'd like to explain this a little more?" She prompted, "For starters, who are you? How did you know what I am? How do I change back? What am I, exactly?" Amarissa paused, giving the (admittedly handsome) guy a questioning look. "And what is he?" she added, having a feeling that the cat would know the answer to that too.

When it was clear and the two were relatively safe, Luna finally began to elaborate a little bit to Sailor Moon and the male guardian nearby. She hops on a nearby ledge and looks at Amarissa, bowing her head slightly.

"Forgive me Sailor Moon...for the abrupt and rapid pace that events unfolded." she says apologetically, before looking at her and Kousuke again.

"My name is Luna, a mau guardian who was sent to find and unite the Sailor Senshi in order to quell the forces of Chaos. I knew you were Sailor Moon because I could sense your affinity for the moon. It is the same for the....male senshi...though to be honest, male guardians are unheard of. Things are way different than they originally were. To change back, you need to simply imagine yourself as you were before you transformed...obviously away from prying eyes. It is imperative that you keep this a secret among only those you trust." the mau cat says, then pausing for her last question.

"...You are a gifted individual whom is able to channel the pure energies of the Moon itself as a guardian. You along with the others who are similarly gifted with the blessings of other celestial bodies must find the secret of the lost Moon Princess. Once you have done that, the power to bring this world back to it's original state will exist." she says, then waiting for further inquiries, sure that there was going to be more questions.
