On TNAN, The Tokyo New Age Network, a breaking bulletin interrupts the latest episode of the early morning comedy show. A scene of an attractive reporter with short hair and a professional black suit could be seen, a microphone in hand with TNN's logo on it.
"Good Morning, this is Kyoko Kazuhiko with TNN. Last night, around 12:30 PM, a bomb went off at this unnamed military installation causing substantial damage and disruption. At this time, the commander has given little detail, but as you can see there are scientists in hazmat suits surveying the scene, suggesting that something substantial happened here. There have been military personnel coming in and out all day, but the top brass assures the people that this was an isolated incident with no connection to any outside presence, possibly an equipment failure.[/i]
Following reports would repeat the same thing for the early half of the day, a few stations suggesting a cover up for some kind of experiment gone awry or even an attack by an unknown entity, but official statements kept reassuring the public that this was an isolated event and an accident that the cause of which is to be determined.
