After getting back to town Kishin ditched him flying hampster ball and took to his feet running to Amarissa's house. He leaves his transformation and makes it to the front door panting heavily before ringing it. "Come on Ama, be home, please." he hopes as he sits there gasping for breath.

This had been the first time Kousuke had retreated from a fight, it was not a pleasant feeling, and the fact that they were all in danger in their normal lives too did not help. Kousuke felt sick and his adrenaline was still pumping. How the hell was it fair if all of their teammates joined the other team.

A flashback to a middle school final came to him, one against 9, his entire team turning against him out of spite and jealousy. He gritted his teeth. This was different...wasn't it? If he had to head win again, he'd defeat all 9 he'd beat the traitors to obtain victory, because at all costs victory was what needed to be attained.

Sometime grasping hope meant giving up on things you cared about.

Amarissa sat up suddenly as she heard the knocking on her door. She looked around, confused for a moment before remembering what she had been doing. Rising, she went and pulled the door open to find Kou and then blushed as she realized what she must look like. "Sorry, I fell asleep while studying on the couch. Come on in," she said. Then Amarissa actually really looked at him and a twinge of fear crossed her face. "What's wrong? You look like you ran here," she asked.

When Amarissa opens the door Kousuke suddenly embraces her in relief. "You're okay, thank goodness." He pants. "Also I fly most of the way here...well fell towards the horizon."

"Anyways, I got attacked by the Neptune senshi and Moon knight so I was worried that I might not have been the first that got surprised like that." He says, not releasing her for several more moments...Kousuke always felt better when he held Ama like this and only reluctantly releases her.

"Anyways, I think our identities might have been compromised if the Moon Knight and this Neptune Senshi switched sides. We're going to have to do something." He tells her, though honestly he didn't really have an idea.

Amarissa wrapped her arms around Kousuke as he suddenly embraced her, feeling his need to hold her to make sure she was ok. She listens as he somewhat explains what happened, and shock crosses her face. "I didn't even know there was a Neptune senshi and you're sure both her and the Moon Knight switched sides? This is not good. Valdis and Lance went over too so I don't doubt that our identities might be compromised," she said, disbelief heavy in her tone.

She looked up to Kousuke and there was real fear in her eyes. "What are we going to? Our families..." she asked, trailing off.

Kousuke took a few seconds to collect himself before releasing her entirely...to be honest he didn't have a freakin clue what to do. Who asks an 18 year old to try and manage the safety of a family. He closes his eyes being indecisive and panicking wouldn't help him and it certainly wouldn't do much for Amarissa.

"Well I think there are two things we need to take care of." He says calmly. "The first is we need to make sure we stick together, this is no time for either of us to be walking around on our own."

Next he looks at the house, both their parents already knew who and what they were so at least they were not going to have to deal with that...though his mom might kill him before that crazy moon knight did. "Next we should talk to our parents and explain the situation. They're adults so we can't make their decisions for them, but if they want they are free to go to the golden kingdom."

Amarissa nodded, completly agreeing with Kousuke's idea. "Yes, we need to talk to our parents and let the others in the group know what's going on. I'll send a message around," she said, walking over to the coffee table and picking up her cell phone. "Oh, come on in Kou," she added, laughing. Typing quickly, she sent a group text to those that hadn't turned rogue: I have reason to believe that our identities have been leaked to the Covenant. Please find a buddy or two and stick together, stay away from the media and the military. Also, please consider telling your families, we may be able to get them to a safe place.

She sent the text and put her phone back on the table. "I think mom's home right now actually," she said, pausing and then "MOM!!" she yelled, loud enough to be heard throughout the house. "Make yourself at home, by the way. There snacks and drinks in the kitchen if you want. I know that seems trivial given the situation but I think some normalcy right now is necessary for keeping our heads," she said casually as she went into the kitchen and grabbed a soda from the fridge.

As Ama perks up Kousuke nods and lets out a sigh of relief, he was not really in the condition to try and be the thinker of the group. He'd had to run away...logically he understood that it was silly for that to bother him, he'd been heavily outnumbered and two people who were supposed to be his comrades turned on him. Though in his mind he went back to the middle school finals, his own team deciding to keep the ball away from himself, the disrupted rhythm causing them to fall steadily behind, and finally his decision to steal the ball from his teammates and to win alone instead of losing with the team.

He had failed to uphold the philosophy of the ace, and bothered him deep down. But no sense dwelling, there were problems to deal with and worrying about this wasn't going to change it. "Oh I texted everyone already." He says then walks indoors.

After being given permission regarding the kitchen Kousuke opens up the fridge and begins to take out some of the contents, then he turns on a pan and begins to cook an actual meal. If this really went south he would probably be glad to have eaten a meal before it happened.
