Rin nods and gets in position to spot Hanahi. “Are you doing strength training?” she asks, confusion in her voice. The weight was too low for strength training. You always got close to your max for weight training. High weight, low reps. However, the reps were too low for gaining definition. Low weight, high reps close 15 or so. Maybe Hanahi knew what she was going, so she doesn’t comment.
