Zero hundred hours local time was a horrible time for an op, but it couldn't be helped.

He never used the phone numbers, but maybe it was time for a change. This was an operation he couldn't leave to himself any longer. Holding up the pair of binoculars, he studied the entrance, and in particular, the garbage cans gathering outside. Waste collection always happened around this time, and he had found his way in. The guards and their dogs never checked the refuse, because the stench of residual refuse would cloud the best bomb and drug sniffing dogs in the outfit.

But their casual disregard would be Yinko's way in to their intelligence network, and assuming he could talk the others into assisting, this would go smoothly.

He dialed Kail's number, and patiently waited. He led the knights, albeit informally, but they would listen to him.

Kail was busy trying to finish several papers that he had to write for his collage classes. While also trying to fend off Valdis from distracting him. As he got so busy his cell phone went off causing the male to jump a bit. Spooked a bit he looks and saw that his phone was the culprate. He then picks up the phone and answers the call "This is Killian, can I ask who this is" he asked while trying not to sound too agitated at the caller. Since he did not know if it were a senshi emergency or something else for that matter. None the less he would get his answer soon.

"Kail, this is Yinko," David answered, one hand holding the phone, the other holding the binoculars to his eyes. "Question for you: just how badly do we need intelligence on the US military presence in Tokyo?" He knew the sound of the diesel garbage truck fast approaching, along with the shouting of the sentries, would carry over the phone to the other knight. "I've got a way in, but I need at least two more people for this op to work. What's your position?"

Kail thought over this when Yinko called on the phone and asking if they needed info on the US forces in Japan. They did not have the meeting yet with the US President. If things got bad, blackmail was a good way to get out of a sticky political situation. Since they were not dealing with some kind of small fish but a giant fish in the pond. "Very well....they might have info on the JSDF or the Covenant. There are a few things I will tell you once I get to your location. I am also bring Valdis along since she has abilities that could be useful in this mission" he said waiting for David's reply. As this could be a gold mine for the group and knowlage was power in his book. Since he did not know when the meeting with the US president was going to happen.

"Good..." David answered, and glanced again through the binoculars. "If you're grabbing Val, she'll help cut down the time. Tell her to pick up three steel trash cans in my room at the shrine. They're already prepped and good to go. Signal me once you two get here, and I'll fill you in on the rest."

Valdis paused over the paper she was going over when she heard Kails phone ring, she watched with a curious expression on her face as he answered. She was over his house once again; this time going over some school work with him. Course that didn't mean she didn't take a break here and there to pester him a bit. When Kail hung up she continued to give him the 'what are we doing?' stare.

"Who was it? and what are we doing?"

She placed the papers she had been going through on the bed next to her. She had just been included in something she wasn't saying no to it, but she would like to know what she was going to be doing....

Kail hangs up and looks over at Valdis "Looks like David wants to do some kind of spy operation on the USA forces that are here. I was not exactly sure what he has in mind....but knowing his personality it may help us in the long run. Anyway, we have to swing by his place to pick up something up. I figure that you want to come along for this" he said and grabbed his transformation item and stretched a few times to get the kinks out of his system. "Lets consider this a small break from the school work" Kail said wondering what Valdis would think of all of this.

He didn't know how long it would take, and sighed, realizing he screwed up. He should have given them at least a hint of where he was. Texting the latitude and longitude to Kail's phone, he set the binoculars away, waiting for their arrival. Pulling the coat tightly around him, he braced himself against the cold. It would be a long, dark wait.

Kail with Val in toe went by his place and grabbed the items that he requested and got to a location that was close by and transformed on the way. He carefuly snuck around a bit to find where David was and did his best to stay silent as he could be with the garbage cans. Since they were rather bulky could make a sound at any moment if he mad one false move. "Yinko, this is Exia where are you" he said trying to be careful. Since this was a potentially a very dangerious thing and could end them in deep trouble. A hole that they could not crawl out of or dig themselves out of it.

Val was interested in the idea of sneaking about; always a fun past time. So she went with Kail and got the trash cans from Yinko's room. She also took the opportunity to change into some clothes better suited for snooping around. She had a change of clothes here since she seemed to be dumped her enough after fights. Luckily almost all her clothes tended to be dark in color, so the black jeans and shirt went well with her black jacket. On their way to the location, Val like Kail transformed. When they stopped she took the cans that Kail didn't carry. She opened up her senses to locate Yinko's energy signature.

"Fallow me"

She quickly an extremely quietly made her way towards Yinko's location. Her feet making not a sound...sneaking after all was her specialty. She grew up around agents designed to keep watch, and had learned to sneak by the best.

Yinko paused, listening as the sound of footsteps approached. They were weighed down by something, and for a moment, he was confused. Slowly, as they grew nearer, two of them, he started to remember.

"We don't have much time," David started, turning to face the pair. "Good, you brought them. This will be something we may want to keep from Sophia for a time." He handed the binoculars to Kail, then signaled for two of the cans from Val. "I hope the coveralls I picked out will fit you two. If not, I may have to do this solo, after all."

A patrol would approach the general area, about fifty feet away, where the three infiltrators were scheming. Two men with assault rifles and heavy winter gear, wearing some kind of glasses with red lenses would be aware of their surroundings. They were on guard, but not actively seeking out any suspicious activity that was likely to happen in the near future.
