Kaguya hearing the lumbering feet of the armored youma coming her way made her grin. She perfered going into melee combat and turned to face the creature. Seeing that its attacks were not focused would mean that they would mean that it would not be able to make contact with her. The Sailor Senshi of Earth runs low and goes into close range with the armored Youma watching out for its wild swings. As one swing came close to Kaguya she ducks under the blow to narrowly doge the fail strike. While crouching she then rises up with a powerful jumping uppercut to the armored Youma's head. Kaguya assured that this strike would send this youma to the floor or even send it flying back with her strength. The feel of battle for her was invigorating as she rarely went all out on her enemies. With the youma she did not have to hold back her full strength and could let all out now.

Amarissa was clearly not made for melee and therefore tried her best to stay out of the way. She continued to shoot at anything youma that moved and smiled at the damage she inflicted to the lizard youma. Noticing it's effects on Kail, who just arrived, she hit it again with another beam. "Just the usual, Mars. Crazy Zodiac lady, tons of angry, mutated youma. Standard day at the office," she yelled, a bit of dry humor obvious in her tone.

Just then, the sailor senshi noticed the giant beetle-like youma headed for her and Kishin. The shell looked hard, so she tried to aim her arrows at the little bit of head she could see. Amarissa whispered again under her breath to send a pure soul beam at it next, moving backwards a bit at the same time.

The odd soldiers snap to attention when the wind of bulls begins to grow in power, rising and rocking the ship back and forth. The goo monster that attacks one of the metal soldiers finds itself facing a point blank burst from a flamethrower concealed within the arm it had bitten on. The goo would sense no flesh or life energy on the arm it was gnawing on, just cold, emotionless machinery. The flames burn with unusually high heat and burning power, quite likely incinerating at least a part of it.

When the youma by and large start retreating, the other men begin to open fire as beams of energy and heat launch from their weapons, likely visible from the shoreline. The 'toad on stilts' that tries to devour one of the soldiers suddenly finds a blade shoved through it's body on two sides, being cut from within with savage strength as it is gruesomely ripped to bits from the inside out as the metal soldier frees himself at the expense of the 'toad's' life.

The soldiers recover and begin to form a firing line once within range of where Taurus and the others were. The unharmed man that was holding ground finds a grenade thrown at his location, exploding with a violent chemical fire blast that will most likely kill or grievously wound both him and the other Covenant soldier who was nearby. The two soldiers holding the middle begin to advance to the front, and the three whom had deployed to the back began to ran with inhuman speed to where the front three were, leaving large dents in the ship as they ran and leapt from container to container.

Once the enemies in front of them had been pushed back or outright killed, the eight metal soldiers take a formation spread out in a fan around where Taurus, Oni, and the retreating portals were hosting the escape. Four of them has their weapons expand as the barrel expands revealing a blue glow from within. The words 'Cauterization Protocol' could be heard if any were close enough to hear. After a charging period, during which any who approach are brutally gunned down by the heat beams from the four 'guarding' soldiers, wide, violent beams begin to launch out of each beam at the mass of Covenant, clearly intent on destroying as many as possible. Metal and stone in between on the ship would be effortlessly melted and blown away along with any organic in the range.


One of the guarding soldiers sees the spider youma along with the morphed Valdis trying to escape. A quick lock on later, multiple beams of energy were being shot at the fleeing pair.

"Fair enough....just seemed odd with this shear about of numbers attacking us" said Kail and then sees the beetle attacking Kishin and then comes at the side of the creature. His sword ablaze with fire he strikes with a double handed grip on to the creature's backside. Trying to use as much force as he could to strike down the youma. Trying to time his strike with Amarissa's to deal a heavy and devastating blow. He hears all kinds of things going on in the distance. With an odd fire fight on the near by ship. "I just hope this is not another endurance battle. These kinds of things might cost us later one" he said since this was becoming problematic with the amount of these things coming at them.

The spider woman looks exasperated at the nickname. “You may refer to me as Kara. And that retreat is because there are people on this ship that neither belong to our side or yours. There should be a portal up near the front, and if we’re lucky, we can slip through.” With Valdis on her back, Kara scuttles as fast as she can. However, she stops short to see the soldier. “Hold on,” Kara says, as she leaps high into the air over the soldier, and to the other side of him. After that, she somehow manages to find speed to move even faster. “See… this is bad. And she’s probably pissed.”

Amarissa’s arrow hits the beetle in head, and it lets out a high pitched chirp in pain. It moves in a zig zag line toward Kishin now. Kail sends his sword through the back of the creature, stopping in dead in its tracks. Kishin draws upon his remaining energy reserves to produce three golems. However, Kishin would begin to feel tapped out when it comes to power. Any more large powerful attacks might cause him to begin to lose power.

Kaguya’s hand would feel like it just punched a steel wall. The youma doesn’t go flying, but it reels backwards, so perhaps both of them got a little injured from that attack. The armored youma falls backward into the pack of golems. Each of the three gives it a good punch until the armored youma is a hunched over mess.

Oni manages to take a decent chunk out of the hull, which makes the boat lurch forward as it starts to sink. Taurus’s wind of bulls reach land at an awkward angle, slowing them down a little. However, the stampede moves onward towards the senshi and knights. They take out every single structure in between the boat and them on the way. It’s clear that it will take a large force to stop them.

Taurus raises an eyebrow as the metal soldiers take formation against her. She gives an exasperated sigh and points to soldiers.  Five of the youma guarding the portal launch into action attacking soldiers. She then  jumps off the boat with her spear, but is still a distance away from the team or whatever remains of them.

"Silky butt is more fun to say but ok Kara you may call me Nyx."

She raised an eyebrow at the fact that the Zodiac had youma retreating due to interference from the people her father had sent in.

"So she's giving you guys a chance to escape rather than face slaughter? That's nice of her ;she doesn't operate on the there is no room for the weak mentality? I'm beginning to learn that there are many faces to your Zodiacs, I'm curious to learn more"

Valdis spotted the incoming soldiers, they would be in the range of there blast soon enough. Quickly Val jumped from Kara's back and darted underneath her long legs. She used her increased strength to pick up and launch the spider into the portal. In time to avoid any beams hitting her...after all Valdis did have a promise to keep. Valdis jumped high into the air to avoid getting blasted herself; she grabbed hold of the top of a cargo crate and pulled herself up before facing the guards. Purple fire came from her hands as it spread out in a wave across the decks floor. The flames formed a wall taller than the soldiers creating a safe path for the youma to get through the portal.

Kail turns to see the stampeed of the wind bulls after he sliced and diced the beetle youma. He turns off the fire effect of his sword and sheaths it as he reaches behind his back and pulls out his throwing knife weapon. He turns to the group "Guys...I want you to find cover right now. I'm going to take those bulls out myself....This attack might eat them up since there made out of oxygen. This will more then likely snuff them out" he said and raise his right arm back and let his mind empty out. Putting all of his focus into the throwing blade. As he was going to put everything he had into this one strike. The blade glows violently red and sparks of flame would spurt out. "TAKE THIS SUPER CINDER FLARE"he called out and threw the blade in a large ark. The blade starts spinning rapidly and it flares to life becoming a flaming buzzsaw of death. Kail hoped that he would be able to hit the bulls before they came to land and that the water would disapate them even more.

As the stampede heads towards the group Kousuke looks them in the eyes then looks at his golems and sighs. "This is gonna suck~" he says as he gathers the energy from the golems for one last ability. Seeing Killian's flaming attack he smiled, it was a good idea, but if the bulls were the wind they'd fan the flame until they burned out meaning that they were gonna get larger first.

"Meteo Smash!" he shouts and a golden glowing stone wall appears behind the flame attack creating a barrier between the stampede and those on the land. As he finishes creating the wall Kishin's clothing turns back into Kousuke's and he falls foward onto his face having used up all the energy he had remaining.

Amarissa felt the wind shift her hair and looked up to see giant wind bulls swiftly approaching from the youma afflicted boat. Two things crossed her mind at this point: the first being "Well, at least we know which zodiac we're dealing with now" and the second being a more conservative version of "oh shit."

She heard Kail yell at them to find cover as he was going to take them on himself. This plan concerned her as the bulls were made of wind and he was throwing fire at them. She thought perhaps that would cause an explosion of sorts, but chemistry wasn't her strong point. However, they weren't made of dark energy or anything solid so Amarissa figured she was useless. Turning around, she scanned the area. There were some large shipping crates stacked around the harbor. "Everyone that isn't Kail or Kishin, behind the crates!" she called, making a run for them herself.

Kara shakes her head a little as Nyx mentions Taurus’ mentality, “More like be willing to give your life the cause. Survive and you’ll be rewarded. Some of them will be resurrected though even if they do die. However, that’s not a guarantee, and dying seems incredibly painful regardless.”

When Valdis launches Kara through the portal, she goes wide-eyed before disappearing into it as if she was not expecting to be thrown a few feet across a ship.

The ship continues to fall forward and into the ocean and the youma scramble to go through the portal. A few nod to Nyx as she makes a wall for them to pass through. Not quite a thank you, but perhaps a quitter gesture of gratitude.


Meanwhile, the flames cause the bull to enlarge all before hitting the rock wall created by Kishin where they quickly extinguish against it. Those closest to the rock wall might find themselves somewhat singed and burnt, but not dangerously so.


Taurus rubs her bridge of her nose at the scene. She could risk getting the finishing blow on the kid who was face down by the rock wall, but there were still the others to contend with. Underestimating them seemed like a poor decision seeing as how badly it went for Scorpio. Another time…

She looks back at the ship and readies her lance, and at lightening quick speed, she charges through the shield of flames and skewers one of the metal soldiers on her lance. “Get through the portal or I’m leaving you behind to sink on the ship,” she says to Nyx. She raises her lance up with the metal soldier standing as a macabre flag, before walking through the portal herself, unfazed by the metal soldier’s fire as the wounds open and then quickly begin to close.

As soon as she goes through, the portal begins to close behind her.

"OWCH THAT HURT" Kaguya yelped as she shook her hand several times and saw the guy in the iron mask get the stuffing beaten out of it. As her male counterpart had desided to go a bit more overboard. As he sicked some golems on the youma to defeat it. She was about to say something until she heard yell out something and the Ama. She runs and takes cover behind several crates and hears several loud blasts and looks up after its ended. "Guys I think we should get out of here, I don't want to get caught by the military. By the way who is going to take that guy" she said referring to Oni as she did not realize it was Lance from the other day.

"GRAHH!!!" Roars Oni as it thrashes about in the water until it manages to climb onto land. When it finally gets out the red eyes roam the area as if looking for an opponent, but do not find much. It's eyes lay on the barrier of flames and it's creator and the hunt resumes. Oni leaps back onto the sinking ship and heads straight towards the barrier with little to no regard for it's own safety.

The demon charges straight for Valdis, the last remaining youma in the area and slams straight into the barrier of fire surrounding itself in a veil of outward force to push away the heat.

"RAAAHHHHH!" he roars as he lets loose a blast of force from his mouth towards the monster.

Valdis watched as each of the youma went by, it was better that they leave the ship and go back to the Youma world then stay here. To stay meant death, for both the Youma and the civilians they attacked. The more that escaped the less clean up the rest would have to do...and clean up didn't seem much like an option with the Spectors working against them. As the ship continued to jolt forward Valdis had to jump from the cargo she stood on as it began to slide into the water. She hopped to a section closer to the portal away from the massive cargo bins that were sliding dangerously into the water. She held up the wall of flames all the while. She certainly was getting a better grip on these powers; and the continuous stream of power leaving her was easier to maintain and moderate.

When the Zodiac woman burst through her flames she was surprised; the burns regenerating into fresh skin rather quickly. She knew it had to hurt...mainly because she experienced similar effects. When Taurus spoke to her she simply nodded that she understood; she would keep the barrier up until Taurus got through. Once she had left Valdis turned to get ready to jump through the portal as well before it managed to close. After all if she stayed here the Spectors were likely to go after her rather than the Senshi who seemed to be helping them. To pull a retreat at this moment meant that they had won that fight with less casualties then there could have been. Valdis also vaguely wondered how many more youma were in the underbelly of the ship still...most likely still searching for her for causing mayhem on deck.

A roar caused her to pause and turn around, only to have her maroon eyes open wide with shock as a blast of energy came hurdling towards her. The wall of fire leapt over to her hands as she held them up to protect herself instinctually. A mockery of a shield formed as the blast of energy hit it, the shield shattered under the force the rest of it slamming into Valdis. Sending her flying off the ship and into the water; Valdis tried to struggle to the surface but the force of the ship sinking pulled her further and further under. The water was freezing, she could feel her limbs going numb. She felt panic rise up in her throat as she came to the realization she wasn't able to swim out of the tow of the ship. Valdis quickly squashed that feeling down and stopped struggling to get to the surface. She closed her eyes, she could get to the Youma world on her own, she had done it before she can do it again. Valdis concentrated on the feeling she had gotten when Sophia tried to bring them to her castle. The ache in her lungs was distracting, it hurt so bad...and the cold was making her sluggish...She shook her head and tried again....until 'POP'

On the surface all that could be seen was a stream of steady bubbles slowly wane out until there was none.

Nazo had been observing the mess that was this battle. Where Eris Knight was going toe to toe with a zodiac, while the more human members of Team Good Guys were fending off wind bulls, to Valdis seemingly working with youma, to odd robot soldiers using rather powerful weapons of destruction to annihilate a rather alarmingly high number of youma.

This was a mess.

But it seemed to be winding down.

Then Oni in one of his more aggressive actions decides Valdis was a target and before he could intervene Valdis was knocked into the water. His eyes narrow behind the mask as he appears behind Oni and whacks him in the back of the head with the non-bladed side of the scythe.

"Bad uncontrollable monster. That one is on our side..I think." he says as he then focuses on where Valdis disappeared to, being alarmed at the destination. This one wasn't going to be easy. Nazo at this point disappears, fading out of the sensory range of any energy detecting types in the area.

The metal soldiers, finding that the large enemy force had by and large disappeared or been destroyed turn to where there were paranormal entities on the shore. With communication only audible to those within their communication channel, three begin to walk to the edge of the boat while two begin to search the ship for the intended target: the President's Daughter. Those two would naturally gun down any more youma they came across. The abducted or slain soldier was considered a loss and they altered their plans and responsibilities accordingly.

The three metal soldiers whom approach the shore leap off the boat with surprising strength and height, while engines in their legs and backs open to provide short range flight and boosts to height cross the distance of water to the shore, raising their weapons as they rapidly approach the senshi, spreading out to try and encircle them.

"STAND DOWN OR BE DESTROYED." one of the metal soldiers demands in a rather robotic tone that seemed to lack any emotion or human feeling behind it. The odd rifles begin to glow as energy accumulates, producing a very real threat.
