Sophia yawns as she walks up the steps to Hikawa Jinja. She’s dressed for school in the typical white blazer with black trim and white pleated skirt. She has purple ribbons and a backpack, but wanted to do something for the wolf from Friday, the fire youma from Monday and Scorpio. She wasn’t sure why she decided to come here other than Priestess Rei probably wouldn’t question her continual presence as much as another temple might. She rinses her hands at the water basin before reaching the main part of the shrine. She put a few coins in the offerings box and then rings the bell. After bowing twice and clapping twice, she prays for both of them to achieve peace. In the middle of her prayers, she begins thinking about Scorpio. At one time, he seemed human and served some kind of king faithfully. Long ago, his heart and soul did not look as corrupted as it did now. If the he wasn’t Zodiac, what would he be doing? Would he have been like the knights? Would they all work together? Scorpio was powerful and as a protector instead of a destroyer would have fulfilled his job well… However, imagining what ifs didn’t change the fact that it was impossible now. Still, the world that they came from was so terrible and filled with ongoing pain. To have to return to that was not a fate that she wished on anyone. If only she could have saved the wolf and fire youma too…She bows twice again, and then removes some rice to leave as an offering.
