Luna was going to have to talk to the creepy one about teleportation.

The black mau was getting tired of falling behind the others at the speed of cat and arriving late to things. She shivers and hops onto a windowsill, not aware of the early conversation but watches as it seems Amarissa, Kousuke, and Ayame were having a heated discussion. At least Amarissa was awake now, which is an improvement from earlier.

"Kousuke, Amarissa...idealistic words and promises you have no power to keep can't exactly make me spontaneously okay with this. Maybe it's easy for you to convince yourselves 'we're the world's only hope we must do something' but it's not easy to know your child is going to do whatever he or she wants to try to chase a dream, as insane as it may be. I have no desire to see harm come to my child, but it's guaranteed with this path he insists on right now." Ayame says, turning and looking at Kousuke then Amarissa with puffy eyes.

"I need time to process this. Don't get yourself killed tonight." Ayame says slowly walking away, moving to go upstairs unless one of the two stops her.

Amarissa noticed Luna hanging around the window and went to let her in. Considering they'd already broke the news to Kou's mother, she had no problem talking to the cat as she picked her up and back to sit on the couch. "I was wondering where you'd gotten to Luna! I'm glad to see you're ok, besides being cold. We'll fix that soon enough though," she says quietly.

Nodding to Ayame as she finishes and moves to head upstairs, Amarissa sighs and then turns to Kousuke. "Well, what are we going to do now? I'm going to have to tell my mother too," she said, a little sadly, as she continued to gently rub the cat.

As Kousuke listen's to his mother's words he frowns and lays back down on the floor. He really didn't want to hurt her, but he couldn't stop, and he couldn't keep lying to her. She had the right to know. Though his eyes turn up towards Amarissa as she picks up the mau cat and he sighs. "Well that could have gone better." he admits with a contemplative frown. He hadn't expected his mom to be supportive, but he had at least expected her to understand. It hurt him to leave things this way, but there wasn't much more he could say at the moment. If only his dad was around, this would have been easier.

As Ama asks him what they are going to do now he does his best to give her a reassuring smile and says. "Well first I'm going to lay here for a couple of minutes, then I'll get up and make us some hot chocolate." He explains as if listing off a to do list. "Then I suppose you'll probably want to ask me a few things and after that we rest and I'll come along with you to explain the situation to your mom." He announces then closes his eyes and begins to rest for a few minutes before getting to his feet and going into the kitchen.

After a few more minutes he comes out with two hot mugs and a towel. He hands one of the mugs to Ama and then wraps Luna in the towel which he had warmed up while he was making the cocoa. "Here, the last thing we need is one of you getting sick." He says with an unusually mature tone as he sits down next to Amarissa.

Amarissa just nods as he first contemplates how the situation could have gone, and then starts listing stuff. Hot cocoa sounded really nice right about now but she was in no hurry. A puzzled look crossed her face though as he mentions questions. "Oh. Well, I just have two really," she says,"First, what happened to you? and Second, what's up with telling your mom I'm your girlfriend? I was thinking from your earlier reaction that you didn't like me...." she finished, trailing off as he handed her the mug.

Sipping it, she sighs. "Oh that's good," Amarissa comments, then nods as he wraps Luna in the towel. That was a good idea. Taking her to a vet would be risky.

As Kousuke sits down Amarissa asks her questions and he takes a sip of the hot chocolate to buy himself some time to think. Though unforunately it was a bit too hot. "Oww~ oww~ dang looks like I was a bit too enthusiastic about the drink." he says as he sets the cup down to prevent spillage. Once he calls down he looks up at Amarissa and says "Well I spent the last few days as a tree. The Earth started healing me from that would as an emergency measure. While I was being healed I met Endymion the Earth King and he game me a piece of a thing called the Golden Crystal which is apparently some kind of catalyst for my power." He explains then after providing a few of the details about his battle with Endymion he moves on to he second question.

"Why did I introduce you as my girlfriend? Well you asked me out on the roof before the battle didn't you? I accept since I like you too so doesn't that make you my girlfriend?" He asks in a somewhat confused tone.

Amarissa listens as he answers the first question, not saying anything about him burning his tongue and managing to laugh, which she thought was impressive. "That sounds kind of neat and I'm certainly glad that healed you. Would that happen every time you're close to death?" she wondered.

She nodded slowly as he explained about the dating issue. "Well, I suppose, technically I did ask you. Sort of. But your reaction seemed like a clear sort of denial. Though, if you're accepting now, that makes it all a moot point, and yes makes me your girlfriend," she reasons, smiling.

When she asks about the healing he shrugs. "I dunno if it was a one time thing or not, but I'd rather not go through it again anyways." He replies. Though when she carefully approaches the next question he raises an eyebrow at her. "I wasn't really denying you or anything, but it didn't seem like the right time to decide that kinda thing. That's why I said we'd talk later." he points out not having really understood why she had taken it that way. "If I was going to say "no" I'd have said no. Besides..." he suddenly reaches out and with one hand stabilizes Ama's cup and with the other brings her eye to eye with him and says "Why would I turn down a wonderful girl like you? I doubt I'll get another shot to date someone so far above my league." He says with a smile and then kisses her softly as he guides her hand to set down the warm cup.

Amarissa considers that for a moment, then nods. "That's a good point. I'm not sure why I came to that conclusion," she says, frowning a bit. Blushing at his compliment, she's then immediately taken by surprise as he reaches forward and kisses her, gently forcing her to set the cup aside. Smiling against his lips, she kisses him back for a moment as one hand moves to gently play with his hair. The two having quite forgotten about the black cat, obviously.

Luna just as quickly had fallen asleep when Amarissa wrapped her in the towel. She was exhausted, and quite frankly Moon and Earth makeout time wasn't prime feline viewing.

As they separate Kousuke's pants slightly and grins. "Alright, My bedroom is the first room on the right upstairs. You should go get some rest and we'll go talk to your mom afterwards." He says giving Amarissa a gentle smiles as he reaches over and gives her a gentle hug.

"Anyways, you should go get some rest." He says in a kind but insistent tone.

Amarissa nods in agreement, not really thinking any more of it. Kousuke didn't seem like the type to have ulterior motives, after all. "I'm not going to argue about who gets the bed or the couch right now," she mutters in a tired voice. Standing, she yawns then sets Luna down in a nearby chair. "Just an hour nap or so, I think should do it," she muses. An amusing thought crosses her mind and Amarissa grins. "Am I going to be the first woman to sleep in your bed?" she asks, a faux innocence to her tone.

As Luna was put down, she was stirred to some semblance of awakened cat activity. She finds Amarissa and Kousuke flirting and discussing with each other what to do from here and forward. She stretches, arching her back up and yawning looking like any other cat, before a notion occurred to the black mau...

"You know...wasn't Kousuke's Birthday a few days ago?" she says a little casually. She remembered hearing about how Kou's mother liked to make a particularly nice cake for Kousuke on his birthday and that it was coming up soon. The fact that he may have missed his own birthday is kind of well, sad.

"We should do something for him, maybe get the others involved" Luna says after hopping over to where Amarissa was, whispering such that hopefully Kou wasn't paying attention to hear.

As Ama begins to get up and doesn't make a fuss Kou flops down on the couch. "Give yourself more than an hour, I'm probably gonna be out for a bit." He informs her with a yawn as he starts to close his eyes. Though when she makes the comment about being the first girl to sleep in his bed he sits up a bit and lazily opens one eye. You know if you keep trying to entice me like that I might think that you're trying to convince me to come join you." he says in a wry tone as he leans back down and closes his eye.

And before Luna even started talking Kousuke was asleep.

Amarissa just laughed a bit to herself at Kousuke's return comment and then he was out. No sooner than that, Luna informed her that his birthday had passed. "What? His birthday was...but...oh dear," she sighed as she made her way back to his room.

Not much paying attention to the surroundings, Amarissa went straight for the bed and laid down. "I'll have to think of something to do then. That seems like something a girlfriend would do, right?" she decided sleepily.
