Kousuke frowns as the king deflects the spear but is surprised by the sudden melee attack. "Ouufff~" he grunts as he flies back a few feet and his cloths start turning to lead. Reacting immediately and without shame Kousuke strips his shirts off to avoid the lead curse from spreading, then he looks at the rose thorns as his eyes narrow.

The pillar of earth crashes into the mess, leaving a large eruption of dust, and gravel in it's wake. Kousuke would then have a quiet befall him, for several moments, but the ground begins to rumble around Kouske as a small army of stone golems begin to emerge out of the Earth, each rushing at Kousuke with decent proficiency in hand to hand combat and durability. They are reasonably intelligent and able to dodge basic blows, but more complex attacks harvest their essence just the same.

"Great, now he's hiding." Kousuke complains, this was interesting but he was starting to lose track of the point, the fight was tiring too, though that's probably a good thing. "How the hell does he get so many abilities?" Kousuke complains, the summon stone shape was his only true "ability" though he did seem generally stronger and faster than the others.

Seeing the army suddenly emerge Kousuke hops over where the pillar fell and kicks a large portion of the broken pillar so that it headed towards the soldiers. He couldn't keep using his power so much and this time when he tried to summon a large pillar sized weapon he only got a pole. "Looks like I'm out of juice." He grumbles as he prepares for whatever new onslaught was coming.

When Kousuke reached his limit, Endymion returns and taps him lightly on the back of the neck with his cane.

"Well done...this was a stress test to see where your limits were and your patterns and preferences in combat situations." he says, nodding at Kousuke's prowess and stamina. The spiritual king then causes the cane to return to the invisible space that knights and senshi tend to pull their armaments from and then looks at Kousuke with a satisfied expression.

"I will bestow this upon you..." Endymion says, holding his hand up as a golden shimmer begins to manifest in the palm of his hand. A circular gold plate with the greek symbol for Gaea was manifest, though the center of the symbol had an indenture as if something else belonged there. He holds it forward to Kousuke, and when he accepted it, it would adjust itself to whatever format was most convenient for him to wear, whether as a bracer, amulet, or other related item.

"This is the Royal Crest of Elysion. While only a shadow of it's full potential, it will allow you to more quickly call upon your powers in combat while taking less personal energy. It is a symbol that you are my successor as the guardian of the Earth, and an inspiration to reaching your maximum potential as a guardian."

"Alright I give." Kousuke sighs raising his hands and letting the spear fall to the ground symbolizing his defeat. "I suppose I should have seen this coming, but you really are a lot better at this than I am. How did you do that trick with the soldiers?" he asks curiously.

Though his questioning becomis side tracked as Endymion gives his the plate. When he grasps it the object turns into a golden gauntlet the covers his right hand. I guess this is some kinda catalyst. He figures examining the thing. He could feel power coming from it and he bet that he could pull and use a lot more power now that he had it.

"Alright well all of this is interesting, but how did you use all of those abilities? Oh and how did I do? Seeing as how I lost you must have some advice for me."

"As your power grows, you will find that your abilities are only limited by your imagination and ability to channel gaea's energy into the desired result. The soldiers are a diversionary and emergency support technique I made which server as a way to effectively slow down and hinder major enemies. The intelligence is a result of the spirit of the Earth granting them the ability to do so. It's quite handy, though I'm sure that technique has a lot more potential." Endymion says with a small shrug.

"You did well though considering you only have a couple weeks of practice at it. You will become capable of everything I did and more the longer you are at it. When you are able to obtain the Golden Crystal, you will gain the ability to perform astonishing miracles if your willpower is enough." the Earth King states with a nod of acknowledgment and a smile. The Earth chose well with this one.
