After an encounter with a Class IV covenant entity at an abandoned theater in Shinjuku, Lt. Saeki along with others were rushed here for medical treatment. After having been kept overnight for observation and to let the stitches used to patch his back back together to keep the red liquid that is known as blood and quite necessary for living to stay in his body, Saeki decides he has enough of the nurses and others that were constantly annoying him. He creeps out of the bed and puts on his military attire, pulling out monitors and equipment in the process, hoping that the docs and nurses were too busy to notice.

After a rather painful dressing session, he picks up his equipment bag and begins trying to creep out of the room, before a blue haired woman pops in the doorway and glares at him. Her stature was shorter, and her hair was kept short just down to the bottom or her neck in a bob-like style. Glasses covered her blue eyes. She held a clipboard in her right hand along with some kind of mobile device. Her appearance is pristine and professional, emphasizing all the fine traits of an intellectual. Hung around her neck is a cord with a photo ID that identifies her as 'Dr. Mizuno'.

"Excuse me Lieutenant. I don't believe you've been discharged yet. Why are you so insistent on rushing back out to get yourself torn up again? Your wounds haven't even fully closed...nurses are still changing your dressing when you are asleep." she states, walking up and poking him in the chest. The short woman

"Get back in that bed, before I call your Captain." she says sternly. The Lieutenant rolls his eyes and makes a move to get around her, but the stubborn doctor stands between him in the door, repositioning herself.

"How many times am I going to have to stitch you and others like you up?" she says, trying to guilt him. Saeki's own eyes narrow to a small glare.

"As many times as it takes, until the Covenant or all of humanity is dead. Now please step aside doctor." he says, whereas the doctor refuses to move, leading to a slightly comical standoff seeing this petite young woman in the way of a work-obsessed military Lieutenant.

"Now now, no need to rush out of here while you're still injured and such. You could at least take the time to sit down and talk with a concerned citizen who has come to visit you." Calls a voice from the entry way. Kishin stands there in his golden mask, a roguish grin on his face. He was tensed for battle in case Kurio decided that he would be a better conversation partner with some bullet holes, but kept a pleasant demeanor.

"I'd prefer if we had this talk in private." He admits scratching his nose a bit, beneath his hoody and sweatpants he had rock armor on to protect him in case this went bad.

Well the girls did say we were supposed to make some connections in the military, they can't really fault me for at least trying this...okay they can but whatever. He thinks to himself. "Would you mind?" He asks Kurio.

As the masked boy makes his presence known, Kurio narrows his eyes, then glares at the doctor again. Great, he lost his chance to sneak out of here between Dr. Mizuno coming back, and now this random guy showing up. However, the mask and expression that this boy had frankly unnerved him, and his soldier sense was tingling not to take this guy as a non-threat. Kurio didn't have any friends or family that would visit him, so this guy popping in as a 'concerned citizen' made his own combat tension raise.

"I don't know you, and I'm not the PR part of the Military Police. The Masquerade Ball isn't tonight, so you might want to go chase down Cinderella somewhere else kid." Kurio says, obviously thinking Kousuke was some hospital volunteer trying to pull a stunt for some reason. However he relents and then gets back to the bed, sitting on the side of it. Dr. Mizuno meanwhile walks off, leaving Kishin a moment to get his words in since it was technically visiting hours, but she hung around the desk in the middle of the main room, watching. Kurio meanwhile seems annoyed that his escape attempt was foiled and expected Kishin to depart.

Kousuke let's out a sigh in response to Kurio's obvious disbelief of who he was. Well he couldn't blame the man. "Listen I heard about it from the others who dealt with the monster attack where you got injured. Anyways are you one of the people who dealt with the talking cats?" He asks straight forwardly. He didn't really care enough to beat around the bush and he was bad at it anyways.

He waits to see how Kurio will respond to the question.

At this, Kurio kinda glares at Kousuke. What was this kid on? First he comes in here in a getup like that, asserts that he should talk to him, and then going on about a talking cat of all things? There must be some good drugs out there to make kids think that sort of thing.

"Talking cats? What the hell are you on?" he pauses, then facing to here Dr. Mizuno was working and passively monitoring them.

"You doc! Either you got a mental ward escapee or a new resident." he says, then looking at Kishin again.

"Kid, I dunno what you're trying to do, but you're out of your mind. Is this one of those liberal attacks from the media on military personnel? Or a reality TV show? I don't give my consent." he says, clearly not buying it. Kishin would have to come up with something to get taken seriously.

"You really don't know huh?" Kousuke sighs and then begins muttering to himself. "I guess you must be one of the grunts instead of someone important then. I had hoped Rie had seem someone or significance." He complains though Kurio's insults were starting to wear on him, it's because this man couldn't do his job that highschoolers like him had been pulled into this war. "I guess we'll have to get rid of the covenant and find this crystal ourselves then." He sighs as he turns to go.

"Ahh yes, insult the person you're interrogating, you must work for Section D, fantastic." he says, rolling his eyes and then glaring at Kousuke. "Even if there was something to what you were saying, you do realize a Military Police Lieutenant isn't likely to be privy to it? Use your brain man, I know it's hard and requires just a little effort, but you can do it!" Kurio says with a mocking fistpump, still thinking Kishin was some kind of weird kid. When he makes the comment about getting rid of the Covenant, he begins to openly laugh.

"And how will you get rid of the Covenant kid? Finding the magical cosplay crystal of vanquishing?" he says, then laying on the hospital bed with a sigh. "Kid, I've seen the Covenant, fought and killed plenty of them during my spec days, and let me tell you this...there's no way a kid and a mask are going to defeat them with delusions of grandeur. You're sheltered in this city, which by some unknown act of God, Kami, or whatever you believe in, remained untouched by them. If you're just playing some kind of fantasy out, you're nuts." he says, closing his eyes a little.

"We will protect the city with our lives, as we always have when that time comes. That is our duty and our mission...if it comes to that, just stay in the basement and safe...no fantasy will keep them from destroying everything you hold dear." he says, a little more seriousness to his voice this time.

Kishin's irritation finally broke through, and a noticible weight would be added to Kurio's back as Kousuke summoned a stone cross on his back. "Where were you during the attack from that Ice Covenant then? There were you during the subway attack? Well if you're so wrapped up in your own trials then I suppose I'll leave you with your cross to bear." Kousuke says as he leaves.

"...There are no Covenant attacks within the city." Kurio says firmly. Even if he knew details, the military policy was to cover up these details from the public to prevent hysteria and panic. "Even if there was something going on, do you really think any individual man gets put in any one section? We have orders, patrol routes, and expectations until we are called upon to respond to a situation. You forget how many people live in this city and how large it is." he snaps annoyed with Kousuke. This kid was annoyingly immature.

Then...a sharp sensation to his back as he hunches over from a stone falling on him.

"The fuck?!" he shouts, and then realizing what happened, his mind instantly turned to one conclusion: Covenant spy. Even if what the girl said was true, this kid sure didn't act like one of them. Plus Sailor Moon didn't refer to herself as Rie in front of him, ergo that connection is lost.

As Kousuke turned to leave though, he'd hear movement and then feel something gripping him from behind.

"Covenant...you must be a low ranking one to harass people in a hospital...I'm bringing you in.." he says. While he was saying that, he tried to shove Kishin into the floor with the arm contacting him while his free hand grabs Kishin's opposite wrist to try to pull it behind him to dislocate and subdue the young knight.

Kishin twitches at Kurio's bold faced denial, PEOPLE HAD ALMOST DIED and he was denying it ever happened. The heartless bastard deserved to be smacked upside the head. Though as he thinks this Kurio was suddenly on him trying to dislocate his arm. His rock armor would not bend far enough for Kurio to be able to finish the submission hold he was trying and once the element of surprise was gone Kousuke's raw physical might made all the difference.

Irritated he picks the MP up one handed sits him on the ground where a stone casing roots everything below his stomach the the floor. "Now you listen to me you whiny sack of shit. I can take a lot of things with good humor. I can even shrug off the fact that you're an asshole. But DO NOT compare me with the covenant!" He shouts his anger having finally gotten the best of him.

"Don't Talk!" he says as Kurio tries to get something in. "I've fought 3 covenant monsters over the past week alone! Moon, Mars, I and the others risked our lives to protect the people of this city. Now you're trying to accuse ME of being a monster! Yes I have weird magic powers! Yes I wear a mask! But I've bled and nearly died for this city and it's people several times already! So why don't you get off your fucking high horse and act your age before I send you to timeout like the whiney kid you are!"

What the boy didn't know was that it was ordered to publicly deny the existence of Covenant activity within the city. Regardless of whether you agreed with it or not, it was necessary to keep the peace. Panic and chaos were possible side effects of widespread known activity, and in order to keep the city relatively safe, the illusion of nonactivity was ordered.

As Kurio attempted the submission maneuver, he was made aware there was some kind of armor beneath his clothing that kept him from completing the move and he found himself picked up by the boy. In spite of the strength, the experienced MP was able to work himself free by twisting his wrist with one hand and jamming his finger into a pressure point along the arm, but finds his leg rooted to the floor by some kind of magic when he hit the floor.

The second Kousuke said 'don't talk', Kurio had picked up a trash can and thrown it at Kousuke's face, though likely with minimal effect.

"You act as though you are the only ones who have bled and died. Even if you aren't Covenant, you are still damn sure acting like them using magical abilities to try to force others to your will. You damn sure have no respect for the law as you are attacking a Lieutenant of the Military Police after you have been demanded to submit to the law. In case you forget, orders and laws are what keep us from not being like them...like YOU. Educate yourself asshole, the world doesn't revolve around what you want or what you think is right." he says, glaring at Kousuke.

At this point, the pressure of a metal object behind Kishin's neck would be felt firmly against it, with a loud click behind him. Two more subsequent clicks would be heard.

"...Afternoon Captain." Kurio says, looking past Kishin. "Stogie, Spaz, nice to see you too.."

"Don't move kid. I dunno what you are, but you've broken a number of laws...disturbing the peace, assault of a law enforcement officer, endangering the welfare of civilians, use of supernatural powers. Move and I'll blow your head off.." the man says. A man with shoulder length red hair and a black officer's outfit could be seen. Thin glasses cover his eyes. Behind him, a bald man with a combat shotgun and another with an assault rifle would also have their weapons trained on Kishin: the shotgun at his legs, and the rifle as his head.

"Saeki...you gotta stop pissing off Covies so much...even coming to the hospital to take you out." the bald man says with a slight chuckle.

Kishin would feel an immense threhat coming from the gun pointed at his neck. Even with his healing factor and durability, there was something about that firearm that was exceptionally dangerous.

Shortly after the cadre of reinforcement arrive, Kishin would feel a distortion in his body that compresses his mass into a single point, causing him to disappear in an imploding like appearance of black energy in the hospital room, causing him to reform on the roof of the building. Nazo would be leaning against a wall, looking away into the horizon when Kishin reforms, possibly sick from the sensation of the teleporation.

"Friendly sort aren't ya?" Nazo says with a dark chuckle.
